If you need a vacuum to deep-clean your home or car this is not the vacuum for you, the suction is nowhere near as good as my canister vacuum. However, if you are someone who likes to have your home swept and dusted regularly, but never do because you hate to sweep and dust, this is the one for you! . I have used this, so far, on hardwood, low pile carpet, wooden stairs, and hard to reach high surfaces. The cordless vacuum is light and very convenient for someone who might not have the strongest wrists or arms and makes it very easy to keep up with light cleaning (so that it doesn't become heavy duty cleaning). The rollers in the vacuum heads are very easy to remove and replace for cleaning, though if you have long hair and shed a lot you may have to clean them frequently. The light on the motorized brush is something I hadn't realized I wanted until I got it. The extension hose is very flexible, stretchable, seems pretty heavy duty, and makes it easy to clean my shelves without making it into an endeavor. The only negative feedback I have is that it difficult (unless you have incredibly strong hands) to remove the metal tube from the vacuum if you want to switch to the extension hose or use the crevice nozzle/dusting brush directly on the vacuum. The dusting brush is also not the best, with fairly sparse bristles, but it is still effective for dusting. it is also still early on, so I do not know what it's durability will be like. If it turns out to be terrible, I will no doubt be updating this review!

I use a cordless vacuum on the daily for random house cleaning. This consistency averages out to about a new vacuum every year. At first I loved everything about this vacuum except for it stopped working on the third use. It has been my experience that one of the best things you can do to increase the longevity of your vacuum is the empty the bin and clear the filters. This is some thing I do religiously so I couldn’t figure out any issue with the vacuum except for it would run for about 30 seconds and act as if it was dead. It took a week and some patients that are under further exploring I did find a clog and once cleared the vacuum is back to working great and I hope it continues to stay that way. The section is best if it’s constantly on max but will still have trouble with some largest pieces such as cereal flakes

If you’re debating on ordering it, do it! This is by far the best vacuum I’ve ever owned, it almost makes vacuuming fun! Glides super smooth on the floor an easily gets under coffee tables and side tables. Doesn’t suck up my rugs when I’m vacuuming on my hardwood floor, so that’s amazing but still has great suction. I own a mini pig who lives in the house and her hair is similar to husky or german shepherd hair and it sucks it right up, which really impressed me! Extremely easy to clean and when you unpopped the bottom canister it doesn’t fly open sending the dirt everywhere other than the garbage like other vacuums I’ve had. All The attachments that come with are super handy and useful. I added some Stormtrooper decals to it too because it looked like one to me and all my friends love it. Great vacuum, you won’t regret!

Does everything as advertised. My dog shed, sheds, sheds! This vac does a great job getting it all and all the other small stuff on tile floors. Works great on 2 runner rugs. On more substantial rugs as the ad states not as good. But if you’ve got it out hit those too and you won’t need to drag out the big vac for another day or so (if you're a total neat freak, this probably won’t apply🥴). The brush attachment is great for baseboards.

I wanted a light weight "dust buster" that I didn't have to bend over to use. This is exactly what I got. Granted it doesn't have the "suck" that my corded floor vac has but it doesn't need to. It is used mostly on hard floors in the kitchen. It's extremely light and very flexible. It stands on it's own in the pantry and doesn't take up a lot of room. Haven't gotten around to all the attachments and I may never. I have all battery operated power tools so I'm very much aware of the "run time" on a battery. That's what a charger is for and or a back up battery. Besides I only paid a little over $100. If I wanted to spend $400-$600 I'd hire a maid.

Updated: Was excited based on reviews and price compared to a dyson however upon opening and attempting first use, unit will only stay powered on for 10 seconds before powering off... tried everything, emailed support, battery fully charged and waited and repeated with same issue.. Updated: Seller exchanged for a new unit that works good… minus one star for amount of effort (emails only) and many back and forth it took to resolve issue however they honored warranty and stood by product in the end.

This was a replacement for my Dyson of many years. The vacuum is economical, well made, and the attachments are nice. Suction power is good, and glides beautifully across the hardwood floor (much nicer than the Dyson). Had an issue that needed attention and they were immediate with their response. Kind, prompt; with great follow through - can’t ask for better customer support.

We opened our box to our should be new vacuum and see evidence of previous use. Intake is still blocked even! Company immediately reached out to make this right. Very satisfied with the customer service. The replacement (new) is amazingly effective and exactly what we were looking for.
