The operation is intuitive and self-explanatory. 2. Operation: The walking pad is simple to operate. Once it's plugged in, switch it on and use the remote control to start walking. The remote is user-friendly, with buttons for power (on/off), speed and time adjustment (up/down), and start/pause. You’ll need to set the timer first, then adjust the speed. The speed goes up to level 4, and the timer can be set for up to 30 minutes—perfect for light indoor workouts. 3. Usage Experience: Here’s how I typically use it: I turn it on, step onto the pad, set the timer, and then adjust the speed—usually around level 2 or 3. I use it in the hallway and stay fully focused while walking hands-free. My husband uses it under his desk in his home office. It allows him to stay active while working, and the desk provides support for balance. While the walking pad isn’t very heavy, it does take two people to carry it comfortably due to its size. 4. I recently purchased the Lichico Walking Pad Treadmill, and overall I’m really happy with it. For the price, it’s definitely a great deal. The treadmill is lightweight and compact, which makes it easy to move around and store. It easily fits under a bed or table, and in my case, I just keep it upright next to my standing desk when I’m not using it. The build quality feels solid and sturdy, and the motor runs surprisingly quiet, which is a big plus. I also like the convenience of the included remote control. The treadmill goes up to 4 mph, which is perfect for walking or a light jog, and I appreciate that it slows down gradually when you stop instead of coming to an abrupt halt. There are different modes for tracking calories, distance, or time, so you can adjust it based on your goals. Packaging was decent, though I think it could be improved a little. One feature I wish it had is an incline option. Hopefully something the brand considers in the future. Fantastic for exercising at home especially while using my standing desk for work. I was a little worried it would be too slow to get any kind of workout but I was pleasantly surprised by how much power this walking treadmill has. The included remote makes it very easy to use since I can place it anywhere and have it running with the click of a button. The size is perfect for my small home office and I intend to buy a second one as a present for family soon. Overall this treadmill does its job perfectly and is more than worth the price.

Got this for my wife who is working from home. This helps her get the exercise done while working. The treadmill comes with a wireless remote, it can also be operated with control panel on the front of the treadmill. The setup is quick and easy. Just plug in power and start it. The front end also has two small wheels to help with moving it around to different location.

This walking pad has been so helpful during the recent heatwave in NYC, while I still walk 15 mins to and from work, this pad helps me get my 10K steps in without having to risk the extreme heat. I'm looking forward to being able to use it when winter comes and it gets dark too early to be able to go for a walk after work. It's quiet enough that I can use it while watching tv when I get home from work and I haven't had any complaints from my downstairs neighbor yet which is always great!
