The remote is user-friendly, with buttons for power (on/off), speed and time adjustment (up/down), and start/pause. You’ll need to set the timer first, then adjust the speed. The speed goes up to level 4, and the timer can be set for up to 30 minutes—perfect for light indoor workouts. 3. Usage Experience: Here’s how I typically use it: I turn it on, step onto the pad, set the timer, and then adjust the speed—usually around level 2 or 3. I use it in the hallway and stay fully focused while walking hands-free. My husband uses it under his desk in his home office. Love this compact walking pad/treadmill. It’s perfect for my small space and keeps me active and I can now get my steps in daily while I work. I can move it literally to any room and it slides underneath by bed when not in use. Zero set up-just took it out of the box and plugged it in! Comes with a remote and perfect for my lifestyle. Highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic for exercising at home especially while using my standing desk for work. I was a little worried it would be too slow to get any kind of workout but I was pleasantly surprised by how much power this walking treadmill has. The included remote makes it very easy to use since I can place it anywhere and have it running with the click of a button. The size is perfect for my small home office and I intend to buy a second one as a present for family soon. Overall this treadmill does its job perfectly and is more than worth the price.

This walking pad has been so helpful during the recent heatwave in NYC, while I still walk 15 mins to and from work, this pad helps me get my 10K steps in without having to risk the extreme heat. I'm looking forward to being able to use it when winter comes and it gets dark too early to be able to go for a walk after work. It's quiet enough that I can use it while watching tv when I get home from work and I haven't had any complaints from my downstairs neighbor yet which is always great!
