UPDATED REVIEW: Great customer service! Company reached out and sent free replacements parts immediately. Definitely above and beyond. 4 stars is because the chair is uncomfortable and oddly proportioned. This chair is not proportional, the arms are basically just decorations. Sat in for an hour (170 lbs) and one of the wheels broke off and won’t stay in. Can’t get apart to return, so now I have a useless chair and wasted money.

We got this in the mail. Normally, my husband would assemble stuff like this. However, it came during a busy time, and I was able to build it myself even with two little running all around. The instructions are great, easy, and show you how to utilize the box to make building it easier. The color is beautiful and just as shown. It’s very comfortable, feels good quality, lightweight and easy enough to move upstairs by myself, and I don’t find myself having to constantly readjust. 100% recommend getting it if you’re interested at all! We aren’t disappointed!

My main complaint would be that no matter how much you tighten the chair the joints seem to creak a bit when you sit and move around on it, and I'm not a particularly big or heavy person. It's fairly comfortable, as long as you realize that you have to lock the height mechanism in order to lean back. I don't know if that was in the manual and I just missed it, but I was pretty confused by the lack of lean for a while until I figured out that I had to lock the height adjustment first. Without being able to lean back the seat slopes down ever so slightly, so it's crucial to be able to lean back at least a little.

Easy to assemble, and they're pretty light. Have been using this chair for a while and it's not a chair that I'll be using for a long while as feels a bit cheap and the screws seems to wiggle loose. Almost toppled back as on of the screws holding the back rest shot off - and yes, I had them in there very tight. For the price, these chairs are pretty good, but they're not super comfy. They do have a decent appearance and roll around without issue. If you're looking for something you're not going to use too often, these are great. If you're looking for a long term chair that you'll be putting a lot of mileage on, I would muster up the extra cash to get a better one, which I'll be doing in the near future. I accidentally bought two of these and went to return one, but the cost of shipping it back nearly equated to the cost of the chair itself. Just keep that in mind if you get this with the thought that you can return it if you're not content with it.
