- Sweep, Mop & Vacuum 3 in 1Equipped with a 250ml dust box and a 300ml water tank, it can sweep, mop and vacuum at the same time. Built-in electric mopping system allows it to monitor and control the water level according to the dryness and wetness of the floor, no worry to wet your rugs.
- 4000Pa Powerful Suction for Mighty PickupNeabot vacuum robot with a 4-stage strong suction cleaning system can sweep up dirt, crumbles, pet hair from hard floor and carpet like a hurricane. Whether it is flour, rice, soybeans or even steel balls, Q11 powerful suction can easily handle it, so you dont have to worry about manual cleaning again.
- Self-Emptying Robotic Vacuum CleanerComing with the auto-empty base, neabot Q11 can deposited the debris in the dust box right into the 2.5L disposable dust bag automatically. So you dont have to empty the dust box manually every day. The bag collector is big enough for trash of approximately 30 days to free your hands.
- Bluetooth Assisted Network ConfigurationWhile most cleaning robots can only be paired with your smartphone via wifi (only support 2.4GHz wifi), which sometimes can be a rather disheartening experience because of failures and delays, Neabot Q11 provides you with an alternative, Bluetooth. Its much simpler, faster and more reliable.
- Industry Leading 3D Obstacle Detection The four advanced DTOF sensors detect very narrow or small obstacles in large spaces, e.g. slippers, pet droppings, wires, table legs, etc., precisely and quickly.
- No-Go Zone & Multi-Floor MappingYou can set up forbidden zones by dragging the frame on the APP for the places you don't want the robot vacuum cleaner to go to. Neabot APP can also store up to 3 separate maps. No matter which floor it is on, Q11 will know which map to use and there's no need to do remapping.

Quiet alternative to Roomba. Software needs improvement
Color: White
The media could not be loaded. I own a Roomba to help with minor vacuuming around the house. It does a pretty good job of picking up small things from carpets, tiles, and laminated wood flooring, though it is not as perfect. One of the features we like is what iRobot, the Roomba's maker, pioneered: the visual mapping of the cleaning areas so you can see what parts of the house it covered or did not cover. Roomba probably is THE market leader in robotic vacuums, and with that comes its high price tag. Additionally, the Roomba 980 we have is LOUD (more on that later), sometimes waking up our infant from her naps. Wife gave me a mandate. Look for another robot vacuum that we could have running daily that is not as noisy, and use the Roomba for deeper cleaning. We also needed one that could empty its dust collector a few times because our upstairs bedroom carpet sheds a LOT of fiber every, single time. Roomba's i7+ was way too expensive at $1,000, and I got the Neabot on sale for less than 3/4 the price. Do we like it? Yes and no. PROS - Very quiet operation - Picked up a lot of trash -- Works on carpet, laminated wood, and tile flooring - Good suction power except for deep carpets -- Multiple suction modes. When it reaches a deep carpet, it turns up its suction strength (but still makes less noise than Roomba 980) -- Wish it sucked harder on carpet - Cleaned most of the house, though its sweeping algorithm looks random compared to Roomba's methodological sweeping -- It appeared to first randomly move about the house to map the area, and THEN it would announce "Cleaning" and actually clean. Roomba cleans while it maps in a controlled, zig-zag pattern - Emptied itself after each clean. Can be turned off to never empty - Stair avoidance to prevent it from dropping - Entanglement detection. Stops when it is stuck on a cord - Good battery life - Looks very nice and high-tech. I much prefer its look over Roomba's - Voice prompts with adjustable volume - WiFi enabled -- Can be controlled remotely via an app (start, stop, schedule) -- Visually maps cleaning areas like the Roomba, but there appears to be some bug in the software in how it draws out the floorplan - Apple iOS and Android app support - Self charges (finds its own charging base when done) - Mopping functionality works, but is rudimentary -- You fill the robot with a cleaning solution in a separate compartment and attach the microfiber part to mop - Robot locator function through the app - Additional accessories included, such as brushes and filters - Setup was easy - Object avoidance seemed better than Roomba's -- Roomba bumped into things to know that something was in the way -- Neabot uses lasers (visible by pointing phone camera at it) to avoid objects without bumping into anything. It would later map in more detail by indeed bumping into objects too. This meant that when I walked in front of the robot, it immediately detected my presence and located an alternate path to travel CONS - My first Neabot kept stopping a number of times while cleaning for a variety of reasons -- Returned it for a replacement. New one did not have the issue - Cleaning route appears to be random instead of methodotical and predictable like the Roomba -- Seems to first be mapping the room and THEN clean instead of doing both at the same time - Mopping functionality was rudimentary -- Cleaned some parts of the tile floor, but not as well as manually doing it by hand. To be fair, Roomba's Braava mops are not any better either - Voice prompts are initially too loud. I configured the volume to be lower -- Voice prompts woke us up in the middle of the night twice because it was performing an update and rebooting. I told customer service they need to NOT have the robot say something while it's upgrading, especially at night - Side sweeping brush kept coming off when the Neabot went over cables - Software seems to need more work. Customer service said that they continuously make improvements and that it will get better over time Overall, once the robot has been set up, things worked very well. I wish that it cleaned while mapping to save some time, but perhaps the engineers will improve on the Neabot's programming over time. I asked the wife: Roomba or Neabot? She liked how quiet the Neabot was, that it did a decent job vacuuming, and mops up light messes. Me? I prefer the Roomba, but for the lower price, we decided to stay with the Neabot.

Been a rollercoaster ride with Neabot!
Color: White
Bought as a Christmas gift in 2021. Set up Neabot and used as vacuum, we did not use the mop function. As many have noted, the app is clunky and not the easiest to use. I was able to set a few nogo zones and it worked fine. After 3 or 4 months, it started making a horrible noise when it cleaned, to the point where we just quit using. After another 4 months, I set it back up and tried again. Same noise, but I ran it for a couple of months and put up with it. I did have some other issues with it that had not been there before such staying connected to wifi, suction power and the brush would come off every time it cleaned. With about a month left on warranty, I emailed Neabot customer service (only option) not expecting much. But they were very responsive through email, very communicative. Some of the best service I have ever had. They requested pics and/or video, I sent them. They ended up sending me a new vac unit on their dime. It has only been a couple of weeks but the new unit is working very well (app is still clunky). Quiet, powerful, and brush has stayed on.

Great little vacuum with one fatal flaw
Color: White
The media could not be loaded. I was attracted to this vacuum by several features such as LiDar sensors, 3.4" height, self-emptying collection bin, and value but after a week of use, I have determined that the vacuum has a fatal flaw. The vacuum has significant difficulty crossing over transitions, up from wood flooring to carpet. Not only are the transitions difficult, if the vacuum actually does manage to cross over the transition (after great effort!) it often just crosses back down the transition from where it came from for no apparent reason (algorithm problem?). In the attached video (disclaimer: painful to watch ), the vacuum was returning to the charging station, in our fully-mapped house, with about 12% battery remaining. After several tries, the vacuum was finally able to get over the 5/8" flooring transition (I added a 3/8" carpet to try and help it), but then seemed confused and couldn't find the charging station that was only about 12 feet away. It ended up going back towards the rooms it had just cleaned before I picked it up and hand carried it back to the charging station. This has happened now several times so there is really no way this thing can work autonomously in our house. It is a shame since this vacuum does have many very positive features and is a great value for the money, but any robot vacuum must be able to move from room to room without getting stuck. Maybe this sort of thing can be fixed with a firmware update, but it seems like a pretty basic skill for a product that has been on the market for over a year. So, unless a solution to this problem can be found before the 30-day return window is up, I will probably be compelled to return it.
