It seems like it is now surprisingly difficult to find a men's multivitamin with lycopene in it (and it is not as easy as it used to be to find lycopene alone). So I was happy to see that this multivitamin had at least a little lycopene (although not as much as most standalone lycopene supplements, if you can find them). Furthermore, it is vegetarian friendly -- it uses vegetable-based pectin, not animal-based gelatin to form the gels -- which may be important to some. These gummies are not as chewy as other gummies (like fiber gummies, for example). In other words, they're closer to a soft plastic than a rubber. But they have a good taste, and they chew very easily. I don't notice any digestive problems after taking two of them in the morning, even if I do not eat anything with them. For a vitamin with lycopene in them, I think the value is pretty decent too. So I will continue to buy these as my daily multivitamin. ... show more

They are good, but it does have a slight smell and after taste to it. They are not like the gummies you get at the store they are a little less gelatinous but overall they are quite a good way to get your vitamins if you have consuming pills. I haven’t noticed any energy increase but I bet it’ll help in the long term ... show more

I’m 55 and always take multivitamins. Really never felt a difference since these. This is my 2nd bottle. Don’t know if in my head but actually feel better, more energized. Doesn’t bother my stomach no matter what time of day. They do stick together in a clump in the bottle so have to rip apart.

I have been taking these gummy vitamins for years now. One issue is how sticky most of the product is inside the bottles. They stick together strongly in a mass which requires manually separating the individual vitamins through the bottle opening most of the time.
