Taking with each meal daily it helps reduce fat a bit. It’s no miracle drug however. I think it probably works differently for different people.

Awesome product, great price always. I love the results when taking this product. CLA generally helps more in body composition. You may notice a difference in the way your clothe fits and decreased body measurements. It aids in reducing body fat in the most stubborn areas especially around the belly, thighs and love handles. You may not notice much of a difference on the scale however, that doesn't mean that you are not losing any weight but instead, you're losing inches. Tonalin also helps with toning as you shed the pounds and therefore can be paired with your fat burners and supplements. It is an essential oil and is stimulant free and has no known side effects or interactions. I supplement with two to three a day- one with each meal. Easy to swallow ..good value .. have used this in the past to help with weight loss .. I find it to be very affective .. I gained about 20 lbs over the last year being isolated due to pandemic and since I’ve used this in the past & it worked for me in the past when I needed to shed a few pounds along with diet ( portion control) and daily exercise . This stuff is AMAZING. I've lost several inches already and I've only been taking it for two weeks. So far no side effects except for one night when I accidentally took 4 pills total instead of 3, I had abdominal pain for the next 24 hours but it wasn't too serious and shouldn't happen again as long as I remember how many I've taken. I have more energy, can visibly see results, and feel stronger all over. The only slight slight downside is that this makes my pee green... which is just a result of the dye in the pill and appears to have stopped after the first week. I always eat healthy and exercise at least twice a week, I've been trying to up my workout routine but with classes and work there hasn't been a significant change, therefore I'm doing more or less the same thing I was before and am still seeing results. I recommend this to anyone who is just trying to lose those last few stubborn inches, I'm not sure how well this would work for someone who is obese but from my experience if you're just a little extra chubby, say goodbye to that tummy! ... show more

Like many people said in their reviews, I was eating healthy and exercising but wanted an edge or a boost for more weight loss. I had heard about CLA and saw an ad for this in a health magazine, so I gave this a try because I'm nothing if not swayed by Madison Avenue's wiles! I saw the effects immediately -- on my face. I got several large acne cysts on my chin and wondered what in the world was going on. It was the first time I ever had to go to a dermatologist for acne. She said it was caused by hormones. Over two visits, I had to get 7 anti-inflammatory shots in my face, and the doc wanted to prescribe an oral antibiotic because she said I had an infection. I chose an antibiotic cream instead. The cream would slide around on my face at night and burn my lips so I couldn't sleep! Not to mention my chin was red and inflamed and oozed three different colors. Go me. So I stopped taking the CLA supplement. Then a couple weeks later, I thought I would take the supplement again to see if it really was the CLA that caused the acne, and another large cyst grew on my forehead. It got bigger and bigger and eventually my skin stretched into a point. I had a small horn on my head. I was finally a unicorn! Then it erupted like a volcano. Yep, that ended my trial of CLA. But wait, there's more! CLA also messed with my monthly cycle. Just as my dermatologist said, it was the hormones. Ah, CLA, the gift that keeps on giving. Turns out I'm not the only one who has had hormonal issues after taking CLA -- just look around online. Excuse me while I apply more antibiotic cream.... ... show more
