As a female with endometriosis, my experience is like most women who suffer with this condition - it takes over a decade to get diagnosed and the "treatment" options are just as damaging to the body and mind as the debilitating effects of endo. And for someone who has been eating a VERY strictly clean and moderated diet for 20 years (a greater part of that I was vegetarian because of my digestive response to meats), the options that conventional medicine have to offer, simply suggest that managing stress is the only "holistic" approach left I can take that doesn't include surgeries and synthetic hormones. If that isn’t stressful, I don’t know what is! And that was most definitely not an acceptable answer to myself so I have spent years exploring by trial and error…this eventually led me to Ancestral Supplements and the sincerely incredible human Brian, the owner, who simply put, has saved my LIFE! Here’s my journey back to a life worth living: My ah ha moment related to animal organs/bioavailability came from my hardcore stance on feeding my dogs raw, nutrient dense diets over the years. And most specifically, as a pit bull owner, managing histamine/allergic responses in my dogs has always been a priority. After my endo diagnosis and some changes that took place for me - namely surgery to diagnose my endo, removal of my fallopian tubes and taking me off of birth control that I had been on since I was very young to treat "heavy bleeding" but was causing severe side effects - in the aftermath of these biological changes I started to have an even more significant response to histamines. I had never had "allergies" before and cyclically I was now having very severe responses to my environment. As one of those many trials and errors, I started to dabble first with animal fats, as I had learned about my body composition and my ability to digest and break down fats very well. I then transitioned into including small amounts of whole liver and heart from a local farm here in AZ that pasture raises all its meats. While the transition was somewhat difficult simply because I have a digestive system that has never been happy - I persevered through this complete shift from vegetarian/vegan to predominantly carnivore. Through this process, it forced me to dive deep on the bioavailability and "like-for-like" impact of eating animal organs to treat my organs. I have stage 4 endo which means it has spread in my body well beyond my reproductive system which includes an impact on my digestive system and my nervous system, including my vagal nerve. I definitely relied on sources of information that were being shared by the Paul Saladino's of the world, but continued to find myself stuck a bit when it came to a focus specifically on women's health and those conditions that afflict so many of us. After digging and digging, and finding a lot of great reviews of Ancestral Supplements, I was intrigued to keep digging into all of the various options - the most extensive when it comes to desiccated organ supplements. And so I started my journey with just liver supplementation first because my endo can also cause a lot of nausea and I had been struggling to always consume liver in the whole form. Being able to do both - desiccated when needed and whole liver - was a game changer. I had also been rendering down my own suet and trying to incorporate that into my diet, so Ancestral’s tallow was also another great way to supplement without having to consume food in volume when my body was still trying to just heal. Long story short, as a regular consumer of Ancestral Supplements’ liver, thymus, colostrum, intestines, tallow, brain, gallbladder, collagen and pancreas supplements - I have experienced an incredible shift in the levels of pain and frequency that my body feels, a response that many have told me I may never have with my severity of endo. Generally, endo flare ups would put me out for several weeks each month (and yes I know there are only 4 weeks in a month, tragic). Those flare ups have been shorter and more manageable generally. And then there's the mental health benefit - the severe impact of endo and my life experiences have taken a drastic toll on my mental health. I have been diagnosed in the past with PMDD which was very severe when I came off of birth control, although really no better while on it. The "cocktail" of supplements has completely saved my life. When my mental health improved, so did my energy levels. As an always energetic and physically active person, it has been difficult to go through long, extended bouts of no energy - it kills your spirit. But I have found it again, and so quickly. Sustaining through an entire day was not something I could do without pain and exhaustion hitting me and knocking me out by nightfall. Now, I am in control of my energy, my sleep is deliberate and my physical activity is coming back (without the negative effects that endo had prior - I would lose feeling in my legs due to endo flare ups on my nervous system). And while all of these changes sound miraculous, and they really are from where I was in my state of depressed desperation, I still absolutely suffer debilitating pain more frequently than anyone should so I am anxiously anticipating the opportunity to try Ancestral Supplements FEMM!, the only product on the market specifically targeting female reproductive organs with the quality assurance that Ancestral Supplements offers. And while all of these benefits have been overwhelming encouraging to me, it is perhaps my hair that gets the most comments…over the last several months, my hair has been obscenely shiny. I don't use hair products aside from a little shampoo and conditioner. I was introduced to Ancestral Supplements through my daughter Tiffany a bit over a month ago. I did my research on the company and their supplements and was so impressed I ordered 4 of their supplements which I mention below. I cannot believe how well we are doing great on Ancestral Supplements!!! First thing I noticed was my brain fog lift, more calmness, deep sleep, vivid dreams. I don’t wake up achy anymore. I used to wake up with my neck and shoulders stiff always! I was constantly making trips to my chiropractor because of the constant pain. Not anymore! My stamina is even better. For me, besides the severe digestive issues I’ve suffered all my life, my other big issue has always been my energy. I have worked with different practitioners throughout the years and it’s always the same. I start to feel better but the energy is NEVER what it should be. There would be good days and tired days. Never consistent energy. Even working with a practitioner I was working with recently and taking all the expensive supplements I was taking, I felt better to some extent, but the energy issue was still the same, brain fog, achiness and so forth. With your supplements I noticed a significant difference within the first few days! I knew there were issues with my Liver, Pancreas, Gallbladder because they had come up on my testing but though they had me on targeted support for them I didn’t feel like I feel now. The supplements I was previously taking felt like just supplements which provided some support whereas your supplements have felt like nourishment & true healing because I feel like I’m coming alive! From your product line I have been taking Liver, Bone & Marrow, Beef Organs & Tallow. Recently I added Pancreas for digestive enzyme support which has been great for that & Trachea especially since I’ve been dealing with illness for so long. I noticed when I added Trachea, this nagging pain I always had in my abdomen area, under my breastbone and between my ribs, finally went away. Not sure what it did but it was a good thing for it to be finally gone. My husband has been taking the same as me plus MOFO. It took him a little longer than me to feel the effects but of course he hadn’t been dealing with the health issues I have been dealing with for so long, but he was definitely needing targeted support in certain areas. He too is now having vivid dreams, doesn’t wake up achy, has more stamina and also, no more brain fog. It’s incredible what quality nutrition can do to the body. Our bodies NEED nourishment. It doesn’t get any better than Ancestral Supplements. I really appreciate the amazing Customer Service as well. One thing I will mention because I see this a lot in the reviews. When you choose a specific product, go to the Ancestral Supplements website and read all the info on that product. Educate yourself on it. On every supplement you will read the importance of STARTING SLOW. Most people don’t realize that their lymphatic system may be sluggish & their detox pathways may not be working properly. This was the case with me so when I first started working with a practitioner, we worked for months on getting those detox pathways open. These supplements work unlike anything I’ve ever taken but you will NEED TO GO SLOW at first. Be patient and start with 1 capsule for a week then go to 2 the next week and so forth until you get to your desired dosage. Even at one capsule you will possible notice a slight headache, tiredness, nausea and so forth. Again, as Brian has mentioned before, this is a sign that your detox pathways are opening up and doing their thing. Some of your symptoms may get worse temporarily before they get better. This has been the case with me in the past. When taking the Ancestral supplements, even at 1 capsule a week, I’ve dealt with minor discomforts but again, I’ve been dealing with health issues for many years so this is expected when you’re trying to heal. BE PATIENT, it will get better. If you have never worked with a practitioner before, you may even have to start with 1/2 capsule to begin with and that’s ok. I recently discovered the benefits of Tallow when I switch to the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) diet. Which if anyone is suffering from autoimmune disease I highly recommend this diet. I lost over 20 lbs without even trying, and most of my painful symptoms are gone. Albeit a huge diet change going from low fat conscious vegan (80% raw) to eating meat. In switching to AIP (no nuts, dairy, beans, eggs, seeds or grains), I had to introduce meat into my diet, and could only cook with beef tallow, olive oil, avocado oil, and coconut oil. I remember the first time I cooked with beef tallow (purchased a jar of it at local health store). I used it to pan fry riced cauliflower. Not only was the dish delicious, I truly felt like I was being nourished, strengthened, and energized from it. This was such an amazing feeling.I had cauliflower many times before so this had to be the beef tallow. I can’t say I ever felt this way from eating anything; except maybe juicing. From that moment on, I took every opportunity I could to cook with Beef Tallow but they were few and far in between to really get a consistent daily benefit from it. That’s when I stumbled across AS Tallow! Wow! What a game changer. I ordered them right away. I took 2 or 3 pills the first couple days and immediately saw a huge difference in my hair. My normally dry, frizzy hair, was now soft, shiny, and strong; like when I was in my 20s! I really couldn’t believe it!! My skin even seemed a little more supple. One word of caution don’t go taking 6 pills along with an garlic olive oil marinated steak, beef tallow soak cauliflower fried rice, and chocolate cover coconut desserts if you unknowingly have gallstones! Very painful. Based on symptoms it could have been food poisoning, but trip to ER uncovered tiny gallstones, so that’s what the doctor went with. And while it was an excruciatingly painful 3 days, and I probably won’t eat a steak ever again, I will risk that pain experimenting with dosages of AS Tallow supplements in the future. Starting out slow with recommended one a day of course. That’s how beneficially awesome and nutrient dense the AS Tallow capsules are! I pray that by starting the AS Gallbladder, it will allow me to one day reap the full benefits of AS Tallow again! This stuff is amazing!!

I want to leave a review for each and so I’ll add what I can specifically to each. I absolutely love these supplements!! I have so many of them now and I don’t mind at all taking all the pills because I know they all help in some way. We have: Brain, Marrow, Lungs, Trachea, Intestines, Liver, Mofo, Thymus, Tallow and have just added in Organs and Adrenal! Each day, I’ll sprinkle some of each(brain,liver,marrow and will do organs as well)on my kids food each day. They have absolutely no idea that it’s there! My hubby takes 3 Mofo daily and today I’ll start him on Trachea as well. Me- I take 2-3 of everything besides the Mofo. I really started to notice the difference with Trachea. After exercising each day, my joints would stiffen up. Yesterday, we actually jogged and walked..and afterwards- hardly any stiffness in my joints! I got right out of the truck and was able to walk. That’s awesome! My husband said he usually would feel stiff afterwards as well and he said he felt a lot better yesterday and noticed the difference. My husband is not one that likes to take pills- at all! But I said if you can feel the difference then it’s worth it, right?? Of course he agreed. I have even started our dogs on some mixed in with their food. Bone marrow for one and my other doodle deals with allergies, licking, biting at her skin during these allergy months. I don’t want to start back up with the shots because it’s too expensive and they work somewhat. I started her on trachea to heal her biting wounds as well as thymus for allergies. Her wound from biting is healing nicely and she has slowed way down with itching. I have noticed that my wheezing is pretty much non existent. I haven’t been coughing or sneezing and my sinuses are opening back up. I love reading about each supplement to see what they can target. I have gotten rid of my other supplements because nothing else compares I wish I could’ve known about these a long time ago because I wouldn’t have wasted so much money. Since I don’t take the full 6, I don’t experience bad detox symptoms. If you do, just know that the supplements are doing the work that they should be doing.The owner, Brian is outstanding! Without a doubt, you can see how much he is 100% dedicated to his company and he cares about all his clients and wants all of us to experience and see what he sees. Don’t hesitate to ask him anything- you’ll always have an answer by the next morning. The products are clean and will only help our bodies in the end! We all definitely have started to get more energy for sure. Everyday, we exercise! Oh! And bloating is going down! Yay!! Oh! And my hair feels a lot healthier!! It’s growing more! Update: After a year, I feel I can soundly say that these are effective. Ancestral Supplements will be my go-to. Take 6 per day, these are super small and smooth so they do down easily. My skin looks clean and clear, and that’s what I wanted. I sleep like a baby. I have never noticed an increase in energy though as someone else said. Overall, excellent value for the money by an excellent brand of supplement makers. Also to note: I, too, have spoken to Brian the owner through email. He’s kind, and considerate. That level of customer satisfaction is what keeps us coming back. The supplements being top tier is also what keeps us coming back haha

I'm new to this company and within a couple weeks a lot has changed. I bought the Tallow specifically for healthy bones, teeth, gums and skin. Within 4 days, my gums stopped bleeding and I have no issues at all with my teeth now. My last blood test from a couple months ago showed my vitamin D was at 32 - just above the low end of the scale set at 30. My functional neurologist prescribed me all sorts of vitamins but it quickly revealed it was too much too soon. I backed off and switched to some Ancestral Supplements to consume some natural variations. While it's too soon to say miracles are happening, I assure you what is happening for me thus far - moving a little better in the joints department - my inflammation has quietly become a non-issue real quick. My skin is changing and my hair is actually a bit less white grey and turning dark grey / brown! While I know it's working and will take a while, I saw my functional neurologist team yesterday and they tried to admonish me for not taking their preferred brands of 20 different vitamins. I got up in their face and went down the list as to what was too much, how / when / why. I’m transitioning to the keto carnivore diet and that clears a lot of toxins out of the skin. So I may not have the glowing skin I had 2 weeks prior when they saw me last but I feel 100 % better after backing off their crap. I didn’t see my skin as glowing on their stuff and they didn’t mention it until I said I switched from THEIR vitamins. My mental clarity improved after using a couple various nootropic supplements that I prescribed myself. I dressed the team down and they backed off when they realized they brought a rubber knife to a gunfight. They tried again to admonish me for not having this new diet monitored by my doctor. My doctor is a huge supporter on the keto diet – just doesn’t know yet about the carnivore element. He doesn’t believe in supplements and I’m convinced that’s because if can’t get a cutback from a prescription he can write, then he says supplements are a waste of money. Ultimately, my body reminds me of what to take and when. I heed that message. I can never remember what to take if it doesn’t do anything for me.

Regarding the health benefits: I take 6/day of Liver, Marrow and Cartilage, Trachea, Tallow, Collagen, and 3/day of Bone. I have my husband on 6/day of liver, prostrate, MOFO, and bone and marrow. Since he started taking these, his snoring is almost non-existent and this was before he lost 20 lbs doing intermittent fasting. I never heard anyone talk about a nutritional deficiency as a way to treat snoring. I'm still interested to find out what else he can do to get rid of age spots on back of hands and face. Let me know if you have any suggestions. For me - I started taking Ancestral Supplements to heal receding gums and try to fix my teeth. The progress is slow, and has required the addition of Fermented cod Liver Oil. I just ordered the Fish Egg pills to see how that helps - gums are much better, but progress seems slow. I counted about 20 health changes for the positive after 3 months, and have been taking ancestral supplements for around 9 -12 months now. Some of those improvements include: Almost no pms and almost no period pain; no more beginning perimenopausal symptoms, better skin; much less gas, (when I can add in the Intestines again I will, as those made a significant difference for me, but my main focus is my teeth); less bruising, better circulation in extremities, quicker healing after exercise, less join pain, and more. Tallow - one bottle arrived in the hottest part of summer. It was very clumped together. I contacted Brian and he quickly assured me it was ok to take, even though the pills also didn’t have the normal color. However, he also sent another bottle immediately. It is an amazing company and customer service.
