This definitely helps my sleep, but I’m not sure about weight loss. Hasn’t had any effect on my weight, but as long as you can get 6 hours of sleep it’s worth taking to help get a deeper, calmer sleep.

The sleep aid blend is great. It definitely put me down gently and helped me to stay asleep. However. I woke up hungry as hell. The appetite suppressant aspect is nil and no fat burning properties at ALL. I didn’t lose any weight. Took the whole bottle. Ordered in May, took my last two tonight. No weight or fat loss at all. And I exercise everyday, eat generally healthy. And I have fat to lose, so, as far as sleep support goes it’s great. But not worth 60 bucks a month when I can get the same blend of vitamins in a multi sleep vitamin for 13 bucks at Walmart. 5 HTP, tryptophan, ashwaghanda, and melatonin will do the job.

These night shred supplements have been so helpful to me and my husband on our fitness journey. Since taking these I have been getting much better sleep and haven’t woken up in the middle of the night and I have more energy throughout the day with no need to snack.
