I like this box pretty well, but it is smaller than expected. The drawers are not as large as I envisioned, but they do work for the kind of tools, etc., I have put in it. The drawers are nice and smooth to operate and they remain closed with a satisfactory sort of quiet locking motion. I would have liked it in shiny black to match the color of my large Husky toolbox that is large "regulation" size for nice toolboxes. This is an adequate basic toolbox. Ha does are flimsy and hard to use when toolbox is partially full. Lid does not open and close smoothly. Drawers do work well but are too thin for drawer organizers. Drawer liners are nice touch. Not really portable bit works adequate as table toolbox for small parts/tools. ... show more

These tool boxes are garbage. Do NOT buy them, you WILL be disappointed. The build quality is awful, you'll have seams that don't line up and chincy spot welds that hold the hole thing together. And that's even if you get the whole thing--mine was completely missing the silver drawer tabs and one of the locking rods. Winado's customer service is especially awful, they'll plead with you to not return it instead of just owning up to it. I ordered 2 boxes, my first was absolute junk with all of the above plus the top didn't even line up with the box itself so I sent that back. I got the second one in and immediately sent it back. I'ts been over a week now, I didn't even open the thing and winado hasn't fulfilled my refund yet. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. Go to Home Depot and spend the extra money on a good quality box with a warranty! ... show more

I perform various maintenance tasks in an apartment complex so I need different tools for almost each job. Had a back seat area full of loose tools. Purchased this tool box to organize the loose tools and clear out the truck. Works like champ. The toolbox is a perfect fit behind the driver’s seat of my RAM 1500. It is set so that when I open the truck doors the drawers are easily accessible. There is an quick removable post in the toolbox that keeps the drawer from opening while driving. It is lockable for security use. Plenty of room in the top for my battery drill, battery, drill and driver set, plus extra “stuff”.
