I did research on pumpkin seed oil before purchasing this product. I didn't know how much health benefits pumpkin seed oil has. Pumpkin seeds are nutrient-dense, offering protein, fiber, healthy fats, antioxidants, magnesium, and zinc, which support heart health, blood sugar regulation, better sleep, prostate and bladder function, strong immunity, and healthy skin, while also promoting good digestion and potentially reducing inflammation. Miracle working! I've been taking these for several months now, as prescribed, and they had done wonders for my prostate. I heard glp-1's caused hair loss. So I researched it and found out saw palmetto and pumpkin seed oil helped combat that. Don't ask me the science of it. But I have been on a glp-1 now for about 6 months and as yet have not experienced the hair loss people describe. The package says to take three a day. I take 2. After lunch and dinner. This product can upset your stomach if you take it without food. So have a meal first. This product is way less then nutrifoil and other hair loss formulas. Save your money!

So far, I am really liking these vitamins. My nails are starting to grow and feel healthier. However, I did not notice that pumpkin seed oil helps with sleep. For the past two weeks I have been feeling really tired and sleepy. Specially towards the end of the day when I have taken my second one after lunch. I looked up the side effects on google and sure enough it does aid in sleeping as well. I will start taking these in the afternoon after work instead now. The dose is 3 per day but I think I will stick to the two since that is how many I have been taking because I forget the third one. They are easy to swallow as well . They are a good quality vitamin to take.

I have been using this since the end of January. I have only been taking 1 a day and have noticed a great decrease in shedding and new growth in my hair. I will continue to use it. I know it says to take more a day. 3 I think. But, I just take 1. I also wanted the bag to last me longer. It still works with just 1 a day. Capsules are on the bigger side, but I have no problems swallowing them.
