I've been using this product for quite a while and its very effective. Take a few drops down the back of your throat daily or twice a day for health benefits. I mainly take it to prevent/rid mucus and colds/flus. Really helps your immme system. If I feel a tingle I take it and my sypmtoms disappear. You can take it when u feel congestion coming on or even when you are fine but know that you are going to be around large crowds and/or have a busy time. My issue is the product suddenly changed (as with most things I love) and its tastes and smells nasty and completely different now. I'm not sure why they changed it or maybe I got a bad one I dont know. So its making it harder for me to take it but I still am just less frequently. Also the price has gone up quite a bit. I used to pay $14 and now its $20. To go up in price and have worse quality is not a good look. Lets hope it works just as well.

Good stuff---good product. However, the taste of this oil is very bitter and leaves you with a burnt aftertaste. I couldn't handle it and had to find a brand that contained gel capsules with the same amount of Thymoquinone (1000 mg), which I did. If you can handle a bitter taste, go for it. If not, find soft gels. This supplement is worth it, as it offers numerous health benefits, including thyroid support.

Very happy with my organic black seed oil. I wanted one that was organic, came in a dark bottle to protect the oil from light and heat and reasonably priced. The flavor of course is less than desirable but that's just how black seed oil tastes. I do notice a difference in my skin, digestion, energy levels and I have much less of an appetite when I take it on a consistent basis. Would definitely recommend this brand if in the market for Black Seed Oil.

Been taking this orally for years. Family member was recently dealing with severe neuoprothy in her legs and feet. Mostly unable to walk due to the pain. We applied this product to her legs like massage oil twice per day and within days she was able to walk without a cane. Been using for two weeks and can tell a significant difference from the burning and numbness she was feeling prior to use. I Highly recommend this product.
