I like the fact that these softgels are so small, probably the smallest I’ve seen. But they stick together. And I do burp after taking. If you don’t mind the stickiness and fish oil burps, then these tiny softgels would definitely be worth it.

I’m onto my second bottle of these. For people that are pill why they are perfect! Small enough to not trip you up! You need to take 3 which is kind of a lot. I take them mid way through eating or directly after eating breakfast because you get fishy burps if not. Today I tried rolling the pill with my fingers and working it until the capsule seemed to soften a little bit. Then it was easier to get down. They are very hard and feel like they get stuck going down. I do not have dysphagia or any issue with swallowing and I tend to take them with a bite of food to help get them down.
