This is my second order and I've signed up for Subscribe and Save. Nice packaging and a quick ship. I appreciate this clean and quality product, as I am diabetic. I've tried other CLA products, but this one is superior in my view. I initially purchased it because of the high potency (to help stimulate my metabolism) and due to the generous pill count per bottle. I'm making it a part of my regimen because it works so well for me! I feel better, my energy levels are up-without stimulants, and it helps to flatten my stomach (really!). I'm so glad I found this product, and will remain a customer as long as it stays such a reasonably-priced, quality product and that's proven highly effective. I strenuously recommend Purity Labs and will definitely consider trying other products in their line. In addition, they give back by donating a portion of their proceeds to a worthy cause and state that they value transparency! That means a lot to me. Keep up the great work, guys!

I purchased this product to help jump start my weight loss goals for 2022. I have been taking it for 2 weeks now. It does curb my appetite, so I don't find myself wanting to snack so often. Also, I don't eat as much during meals. I feel full after taking the capsules 3 times a day with a meal. There is a slight after taste with the capsule, but nothing too bothersome. I have lost 3 pounds in the past 2 weeks, and that is without any exercise or strict dieting. I have just started to work out so I expect better results in the coming weeks. One thing I notice is this product makes you use the bathroom. It cleans your system out. That is not a bad thing, but when your body urges you to find a restroom, hurry! I am pleased with this purchase and will update at a later time with more results.

I made my first purchase of CLA with Purity labs on 11-14-2018. Now on my third bottle, I have added this brand of CLA to my daily vitamin regimen. I can definitely tell a difference in my frame since using this product. I have a sporty shape. That can be considered good or bad depending on what I am eating. I am on a consistent workout routine that consists of strength training and cardio 4 days a week. I drink a gallon of water a day, and I am a pescartian (fish is my primary source of protein). The older I get, I just hit age 35 the 14th of January, I notice how important it is for me to maintain consistency with my workouts and my food intake. Taking the CLA has helped me reach my weight loss goals, by reducing the fat in my midsection, back, and any other problems areas. As someone who also suffers from IBS, it’s gentle enough to use without giving me an upset stomach and I feel it even helps aids in the process of waste removal. Try it. I am pretty sure that you can’t go wrong.

I have been taking this for a couple of months now. It does help to suppress appetite so if you are a snacker, it should help with that. I am not, and work out six hours a week and eat healthy, but due to menopause, have gained weight in spite of my efforts. I was hopeful this would help me see the results of my efforts, but unfortunately, menopause still wins and I don’t see any visible results from taking this. It seems to have been successful with many other reviewers, so more power to you. Just sharing for those also in menopause that it doesn’t seem to help with the kind of weight gain that comes with this stage of life.
