I take 2 twice a day. Has given me more energy, my muscles have not been sore after activity, and I've lost my bloat and 5 pounds of extra 20 I've put on from being stuck in fight or flight. A lot of those symptoms seem to be going away. I've only been using the product for about a week.

I was advised years ago that CLA would help my weight and help maintain a strong healthy body. I started taking it and have now been taking it for at least 3 years. I feel better each day I take CLA. I will continue to take this product.

    • Pills are 1500mg each. You have to take 3 for advertised dose.
Still high potency at 1500mg a pill but you have to take 3 for advertised dose. A tiny bit misleading but I'm still happy none the less. Pills are large as everyone has stated but I find them easy to swallow even 2 at a time. For weight loss 6 grams a day is the norm (don't go higher) so I take 2 pills twice a day. ... show more
