I’ve been taking these for about a week. I am on the smaller side and only looking to lose an additional 10lbs. This product makes me feel nervous and anxious in my chest for some reason . A feeling like I’m about to perform in front of thousands of ppl lol . I keep trying to ignore the feeling . I can still sleep at night but a few times I’ve needed calm tablets . I was on an all natural supplement even with natural caffeine that I lost a whopping 30lbs from but currently out of stock . That gave me zero side effects and took it for 2 years . Curbed my appetite immensely but This doesn’t seem to help as much so far in a week of use but trying to let it really build in my system before I stop taking and give up . I will for sure update . This is a 100 percent honest review. I didn’t see people complain of this so wanted to make it known. Maybe it’s because Im already small and it’s just too much for me . Please know what doesn’t work for you may work for someone else and the other way around so don’t let this steer you the other way to not try it . Our bodies are all different and supplements work differently for everyone . Good luck

I was working out with a virtual trainer who recommended this supplement. I purchassd based on her recommendation, but I did not take them (I am not keen on taking pills). An extended period of time had passed since I made the purchase. One day I was researching supplements for weight loss and CLA came up. I realized, I had the supplement in my possession but was not using it. I started taking it once a day in the morning with water and no food. I have noticed a significant decrease in my appetite. I am also unable to eat large portions. This is a win for me as I am an overeater (I have the clean plate syndrome). I do not beliebe in wasting food. It did take a few weeks of taking it almost daily for me to notice the effects, but it's definitely working.

I have been taking this for a couple of months now. It does help to suppress appetite so if you are a snacker, it should help with that. I am not, and work out six hours a week and eat healthy, but due to menopause, have gained weight in spite of my efforts. I was hopeful this would help me see the results of my efforts, but unfortunately, menopause still wins and I don’t see any visible results from taking this. It seems to have been successful with many other reviewers, so more power to you. Just sharing for those also in menopause that it doesn’t seem to help with the kind of weight gain that comes with this stage of life.

The bottle of CLA came inside a zip-seal Purity Labs bag (prior to being packed in an Amazon box). That extra little effort/marketing ploy just made it feel more trustworthy and safe. Most CLA pills are only 1000-1200 mg, but this one claims to contain 1500 mg of safflower CLA, which is the best source (from my own research). Of course I have no way of knowing if they truly contain 1500 mg (the capsules appear to be the same size as other brands, maybe a tad bigger), but I have confidence that they will continue to help my body use a higher percentage of fat as a fuel source when I exercise. Inside the bag was a flyer with an offer for a free bottle with no strings attached, so I scanned the code as directed and immediately received an email with a link to claim my free bottle. However, it says they won't be in stock until June 5th, so I am waiting to see what the free bottle truly entails. So far, I'm really happy with Purity Labs! Fast-forward 2 weeks... I received the link for my free bottle, a $22.95 value, and I received a shipping confirmation., so it's looking good so far! I am really impressed with this family owned business. I have not had any problems taking Purity Labs CLA, and I just realized that I have been taking more than the maximum serving . Max amount says 4500, but I have been taking two capsules twice a day at 6000.

Product came quickly and arrived sealed and in great condition. Gel capsules are large but I haven’t had any issues taking them. I have only been taking this for almost a week but can already seeing a difference. I am 1 lbs down from my lowest fluctuating weight. My weight usually fluctuates 3to 4lbs. I weigh myself daily so I know my weight fluctuations! I have been in a weight plateau for a while so even a small move down on the scale is huge! My energy level has been increasing. I’m looking forward to seeing how much this product helps with weight loss and energy over the next couple months. I’m so glad I didn’t listen to all the Google search studies I found on CLA and took a chance on the supplement.
