  • Convenient, Clean, and Reliable Omega-3 I Actually Stick With
Size: 120 Count (Pack of 1) Style: From Alaska
I’ve been using the Sports Research Omega-3 Fish Oil for a few months now, and it’s honestly one of the best supplements I’ve added to my routine. What I really love is that it only requires one dose a day—no juggling multiple pills throughout the day like other brands I’ve tried. Plus, it’s completely burpless, which makes a huge difference. No fishy taste, no discomfort—just clean and easy. The quality is solid, and for the price, it’s a great value. It’s become a set-and-forget part of my daily health stack. ... show more

  • No Fishy Taste, High Quality, and Great for Joints & Skin! 🐟✨
Size: 90 Count (Pack of 1) Style: From Alaska
I’ve been taking this omega-3 for a few months now and it’s become a must in my routine. The softgels are super easy to swallow, and they really are burpless—no fishy aftertaste at all, which I really appreciate. I’ve noticed a big difference in how my joints feel—less stiffness and soreness, especially in the mornings. Plus, my skin has been looking clearer and more hydrated, which was an unexpected bonus! I love that it’s made from wild Alaska pollock and IFOS 5-star certified—it gives me peace of mind about what I’m putting in my body. The 90-count bottle is a great value for the quality, and it’s definitely one I’ll keep buying. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something that supports joint comfort, skin health, and overall wellness! ... show more

  • Potent Omega-3s with Minor Drawbacks: My Experience with SR Triple Strength Fish Oil
Size: 180 Count (Pack of 1) Style: From Alaska
As someone who's been taking fish oil supplements for years, I was excited to try Sports Research Triple Strength Omega 3 Fish Oil. After using it for several months, I can say it's a solid product with some notable pros and cons. Pros: + High potency: With 1250mg of omega-3s per softgel, it's one of the most concentrated fish oils I've tried. This means I only need to take one pill daily, which is convenient. + Sustainably sourced: The oil comes from wild Alaskan pollock, which gives me peace of mind about its sustainability and purity. + No fishy aftertaste: Unlike some other fish oils I've tried, this one doesn't leave me with unpleasant fish burps or a lingering taste. + Easy to swallow: Despite their size, the softgels have a smooth coating that makes them surprisingly easy to take. + Noticeable benefits: After a few weeks, I noticed improvements in my joint flexibility and overall skin health. Cons: - Large pills: While they're easy to swallow, the softgels are quite large. This might be an issue for those who struggle with bigger pills. - Potential side effects: Some users, including myself, experienced mild digestive discomfort when first starting. This subsided after a week or two, but it's worth noting. - Price fluctuations: I've noticed the price can vary significantly, sometimes making it less cost-effective compared to other brands. - Mixed results for cholesterol: While some users reported improvements in their cholesterol levels, others (including myself) didn't see significant changes. Individual results may vary. - Fishy odor upon opening: When I first opened the bottle, there was a slight fishy smell. It's not overpowering, but it's there. My personal experience with this supplement has been largely positive. I appreciate the high concentration of omega-3s and the convenience of taking just one pill a day. The improvements I've seen in my joint health and skin condition have been noticeable, which makes me believe in the quality of the product. However, it's important to note that not everyone may experience the same benefits. Some users reported significant improvements in their cholesterol levels, while others (like myself) didn't see much change in this area. The initial digestive discomfort I experienced was a bit concerning, but it did subside after continued use. If you're sensitive to fish oil or have a history of digestive issues, you might want to start with a lower dose and gradually increase. Overall, I believe Sports Research Triple Strength Omega 3 Fish Oil is a high-quality supplement that offers good value for its potency. While it may not be perfect for everyone, it's certainly worth considering if you're in the market for a concentrated fish oil supplement. Remember to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions or are taking medications. ... show more

  • Highly Concentrated Omega 3 Fish Oil and IFOS Certified
Size: 240 Count (Pack of 1) Style: From Alaska
I purchased Sports Research Triple Strength Omega 3 Fish Oil because it is highly concentrated with 690 MG of EPA per capsule and because it is IFOS certified assuring it's quality. The fish oil comes from wild Alaskan Pollack. I take fish oil daily as a preventative for heart and brain health, to reduce inflammation in my joints, and to moisturize/lubricate my skin. I've notice when I don't take fish oil on a daily basis my skin becomes very dry and flakes off particularly on my legs. I take two capsules per day. I also take two capsules per day of Viva Naturals Triple Strength Omega 3 Fish Oil for similar reasons (i.e. IFOS rated, highly concentrated EPA at 750 MG per capsule) which is sourced from anchovies, sardines, and mackerel. I therefore take 4 capsules per day in two varieties to give me a broad spectrum of preventative protection. I take fish oil with my multivitamin supplement to aid in the absorption of the supplement's oil soluble vitamins. ... show more

I purchased these when my insurers decided they knew more about what I needed than my doctor. These actually are stronger than my prescription doses, so they kept me going.
