My son got this a couple days ago and he says he is sleeping better with no back pain. Glad I got it. It takes about 24 hrs to fill to it's proper size but a very nice mattress. Firm but we prefer that.

I ordered a 12 inch and after 72 hours it’s still measuring at 10 inches. I contact customer service and they wanted me to send it back and they would give me a refund or a replacement. I explained I don’t have a box that large therefore just giving me a refund of the difference in the prices or Amazon credit would be better they ignored me asking that so I just ended the chat. I may try to call once more to speak to a rep before saying forget it or y trying to return this large item. The side material did have a string run going down it. My son says it sleeps good. I tried the walking on it with the glass like the description video shows. That didn’t work. ... show more

I always do my review on every item purchase on Amazon this mattress do not deserve a 5 star rating. I was looking for a hybrid queen size mattress and didn’t want to spend a fortune on it since it is for a kid. The mattress is not hybrid as described. Not firm at all. It’s actually super soft which I didn’t want. Material is cheap. I know that can I expect for this price ? Nothing. I just wish it would at least fit one the description.
