The media could not be loaded. Ok this is completely honest review from someone who suffers from panics (medicated with alprazolam that drains all my energy out) This product definitely works, I’m used to caffeine (just because my migraines are treated with acetaminophen and caffeine pills) so, caffeine does not affect me (like others have mentioned) , I started with two pills and the energy was definitely from zero to 10 , I’ve been working out without getting tired after 5 minutes. Also seems to be working on my digestion. I’m not giving 5 stars because I just think 1 capsule is enough, since 2 made me somehow nauseous (terrible feeling) I decided to try just one to see if it does something and definitely yes, the only thing I noticed is appetite suppressant is significantly noticeable if you take the 2 pills at the time , but trust me 1 is best way to start and also helps with your cravings somehow. I’m not getting awful side effects with one pill (yet) but I’ll definitely back in few days to update if I get sick after few days more taking this. Drink plenty water and again “start with one “

I want nothing to do with these anymore. I took1 from my brand new bottle and then you're supposed to take another one later in the day. No way was I going to put myself thru that sick pukey feeling again. Way to much caffeine for me. My body don't like it. The inno cleanse and night shred are fine. They work and I totally stand by the inno cleanse. But this caffeine filled capsule is to much for me. Yuck. Ruined my day. Now I'm stuck with a $55 dollar bottle of NON RETURNABLE caffeine pills. Would be nice if the company would let me have the night shred in place of day shred. If you're sensitive to caffeine. This is NOT for you. I found out I am with this product. It's like drinking 10 super strong cups of coffee at once. Uuuuugggghhhh..
