If you want even better quality than this but don't wanna spend too much, I'd recommend checking out the Projectors that are normally about $150. This Projector lacks any zoom function and it's very picky about the way you angle it, like if the table you're putting it on isn't on the floor, like the table is on the carpet instead and the ground isn't 100% straight, it'll very much show as in it'll not be perfectly aligned with the screen at all. I love how compact yet powerful this little projector is. I was able to open it up and have it in action in about 2 minutes. I put my reading glasses in the picture for scale, but as you can see, it is pretty small. The 1080 picture is pretty much table stakes at this point, but for the price it is a great product and picture. While I haven't had a need for it, I'd you plan to mount this, the remote is the same size as a fire stick remote, so is pretty convenient to store out of the way until you need it. In low light conditions, the picture is crisp and has a good contrast. I projected it on n my wall and it easily hit the 80" screen size and was still bright. It comes with a cloth that can be installed with small hooks and grommets, and seems like it would get the job done if you were to install it somewhere, even outdoors, because you can easily put it up and take it down due to the nature of the setup. This projector does what it says it does and does it pretty well. The picture quality is clear. I shot it onto my vaulted ceiling which is roughly 20 or so and the picture looked great. I played some games on it and they looked good on this. The menu is pretty simple and gets the job done. The projector runs pretty quietly in my opinion too. My only cons are that it didn't include a lens cap cover, which I felt is odd since there's not carrying case. I'll have to fashion something, but that was disappointing. The speaker quality is bad, but I've never seen a projector this size that had good speakers, so I guess it's "good" for this level projector. There's a line out if you want to use an external speaker though, which is what I planned to do anyway. And then I griped because the remote requires 2xAAA batteries but doesn't include them, which seems a little petty, but whatever. Overall, I am happy with how the projector worked and it really was pretty cheap. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We purchased this projector for my daughters room which is quite small. We didn't want to take up the already minimal wall space with a big tv and we didn't really have a place to mount a tv. This projector solved all the problems, she can now have high quality visual experience without the bulkiness of a tv. Easy set up right out of the box with clear instructions on how to set it up and we had assumed we would need to purchase the "screen" but we were surprised to find a good quality white screen came was included with the package. ALL in all- we highly recommend this product. A small system that can be discreet and not take up too much space, easy set up and connectivity and screen included with stick-on tabs with hooks for easy installation. You can start watching your shows within 30min set-up. As you can see from the video and pictures. The quality and size are very substancial! The screen itself covers a double sliding closet door. The projector is a bit on the smaller end, but don't let the size fool you. It's a great 1080p project for the price point. What makes it sweeter is the foldable 100" screen it comes with. You need to dark room to appreciate the picture. Not noisy, just a slight hum that's barely noticeable. Keystone correction makes it easy to center/align the project. I'm impressed, by how small, but powerful the projector is. It's quite bright and very loud. In the apartment, I looked at a video clip with about 15/100 volume. The movie is good with 30/100 volume. I'm using a flash drive to play video from there (it accepts multiple video formats), but HDMI cable is also included, so you can connect it to a FireTV stick or any other HDMI source, like PC, Xbox, media players, etc. Also, it has a 100" screen, which you can attach to the wall. The projector RV400A came with very well packaging and manual/instruction. The projector itself look solid to me. I like that it also came with the projector screen cloth and the other accessories. For the functional, I can hear the sound clearly and loud enough from it in my small bed room. The colors quality is acceptable in my opinion, but it can be better. Overall, I think it is a good product for this affordable price and usable for all around purposes for family entertainment.
