This is an interim review. Packed well in the outer box! Opened the ProFry box and saw the styrofoam packing and thought this is very good. I like this so far. No I kept thinking about the cleanup and all the oil that would have to be addressed. If I had a family it would be nice to deep fry on occasion but I also have an air fryer that works really well. Therefore, without unpacking everything I sealed the box and asked for a refund. Don't get me wrong, from what I saw, this is a nice little unit that anybody would want.
