NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER • An inviting collection of more than 100 trusted, budget-friendly recipes for every meal and occasion from the creator of the wildly popular website Natasha’s Kitchen. “With delicious recipes and fun entertaining ideas, you’ll find inspiration and joy on every page.”—Jennifer Segal, author and creator of Once Upon a Chef In 1989, four-year-old Natasha Kravchuk and her family entered the United States as refugees from Ukraine. Her mother was an amazing cook and spoiled her family with delicious meals, so Natasha never learned how to cook until she got married and had her own family to nurture. In 2009, she began blogging about the joy she discovered in creating and sharing recipes. Her audience exploded, connecting with her warmth and willingness to share both her triumphs and failures in the kitchen. In Natasha’s Kitchen, she shares 100+ family-friendly, foolproof recipes anyone can whip up on even the busiest weeknight. From Salmon Piccata and Turkey Meatball Soup to Crispy Bacon Jalapeno Poppers as well as traditional Ukrainian recipes passed down from her mother like classic Borscht and her famous Pierogis, Natasha’s family-friendly recipes are made with easy-to-find ingredients and have been thoroughly tested. And because she loves to have her large extended family and friends over, there are also menus for sharing and easy entertaining—from a taco bar to a chili bar to the ultimate cheese board. • Marvelous, just marvelous!
This cookbook is marvelous! As an avid cook for over 40 years, I do not buy cookbooks. Having said that, this one is a must. Natasha is so delightful in her verbiage and the recipes are made with fresh ingredients with simple instructions and helpful hints. I plan to cook and eat my way thru this cookbook! ... show more

All her recipes are top rated. Her cooking videos are fun to watch and she explains things well. I have tried several of her recipes and they are right on the mark. • Natasha's Kitchen Recipes
This is a delightful companion to Natasha's YouTube channel. The Intro describes her family escaping from communist USSR. Great selection of home cooking dishes: breakfast, salads, soups, pastas and grains meat, seafood and desserts. Easy to follow recipes with helpful tips and great photos. I especially like her cheese & bacon stuffed mushrooms, the spice-rubbed pork tenderloin, and chicken in mushroom wine sauce. ... show more

  • Awesome
Her recipes are awesome. I watch her videos on you tube and cook her recipes all the time. She basically taught me to cook. Her cookbook is great and I have printed many of her recipes from you tube. The directions are very clear and easy to follow. Made the fudgie brownies tonight (you'll love em). Highly recommend. ... show more

  • Recipes WORK! Turn out amazing & easy to follow!
I've made many of Natasha's recipes from her online blog and my family has loved them all, requesting them on repeat. I jumped at the chance to buy this book and now that it's here I'm thrilled that it has arrived. At first glance, it's exactly what I was hoping for and more. One thing I really appreciate is that after reviewing, there's not one recipe that I wouldn't make. They all appeal to me and my family's taste. I have several cookbooks and I can't say that about any of those. Other books I end up liking four or five things and the rest are just not something I'd ever make. With this book, I can't wait to cook my way through all of her recipes. I've never found a cookbook I could say that about. Also, her directions read as if she's talking in my ear, they're really easy to follow. There's nothing that doesn't make sense to me. I love that. I feel this book would be very helpful for beginners, college students, newlyweds, as well as advanced home cooks wanting to try something new. Another thing that I see that's really helpful are the Pro Tips & Tricks for each recipe. They're well written and separated out from the recipe instructions. That means the instructions aren't cluttered up with all the extra information if you don't need it. Makes following the recipe simple. The format is well laid out, visually appealing, and uncomplicated but perhaps the thing I like most are the color photos. Everywhere! There's at least one color photo for each recipe, sometimes more. Perhaps the worst thing about many cookbooks are recipes without a photo, but in Natash's book, you'll find photo inspiration galore. Well done. I've gained a lot of confidence in the kitchen by following Natasha's online recipes, and now I look forward to cooking my way through her lovely book. I highly recommend her pie crust recipe, it's been a foolproof recipe since I first tried it and her pierogi recipe will knock your socks off. All of her recipes that I've tried have turned out really well, they work. She tests all of a her recipes and is meticulous, which I really appreciate. Congratulations to Natasha! She and her team did a phenomenal job putting this book together. I highly recommend this book for all. ... show more

  • Recipes break no new ground...
It's a nice cookbook with some useful cooking tips and easy, straightforward recipes. The author is very likeable and is an engaging storyteller. Each recipe has an introductory paragraph that gives its history or important details which helps when choosing a recipe to cook.
