  • Easy, simple, and delicious!

I've already tried many recipes in the book and they've all been sooo good! I love that the recipes are ACTUALLY simple and easy. These days it feels like those are relative descriptions but these are really truly SIMPLE - using simple ingredients, and EASY - I've been able to replicate a few without needing to check the recipe every step of the way. All without skimping out on flavor! Oh! And huuuge bonus- super kid friendly! My kids have loved the oatmeal pancakes, the chicken meatballs, and the pizza so far! They're also filling and don't feel diet-y. I also love that the recipes are easy to make for 1 or 2 people, since not everyone is cooking for a whole family, but still easy for me to double or quadruple without adding a ton of prep or cook time. I've literally been able to come home from work at 5:30p and prepped and cooked wholesome and delicious meals for my family by 6p. Time and health, are my most precious currencies and this recipe book really helps me save both! I just can't thank you enough Benji! Me encantooo! This is one of my best purchases. I started on my health journey, wanting to lose weight after birth, and these meals are wonderful. I get really excited to meal prep when you think about a healthier lifestyle you think about cutting down on eating your favorite foods in this book shows that you do not have to do that. I still get to eat my favorite foods and learn new enjoyable things to cook. From breakfast all the way to desserts and side dishes. This book is great if you are trying to go on a health journey and still eat what you love another amazing thing about this book is that it is prepped to make more than one meal at a time perfect for meal prep and if you need less or more, you can easily do the math for the amount you are looking for! These look like tasty, nutritious recipes using normal food. It's not full of crazy ingredients that cost a fortune only to rot in your pantry because you used it once. I hate that! I like that it has a box on each page listing prep time, cook time, serving size and number of servings the recipe makes. The nutritional info is great, although I do wish it included fiber count for those of us on keto. I think this is a great cookbook, especially for those of us who need uncomplicated, nutritious, easy to cook meals. Can't wait to try them all! ... show more

There are so many great recipes that are tasty! The author of this cookbook has lost about 100 pounds and is fun to follow on social media. When his cookbook was released, I knew I needed to get it! The recipes are overall simple and easy to make. There is a variety of ideas that anyone can use when looking to clean up their eating habits.   • Great Book With A Small Caveat

Love this book and have made several recipes already which we liked a lot but have to take one star off because some of the calorie calculations are way off. I have ran some of the recipes through multiple apps and some always come back way higher in calories than written or some way less. Some are almost double the calories written down. I wish it was more thorough and accurate in that department. I would encourage people who are keeping track of macros to run the recipes through a calculator (even spices - although I know nobody gets fat on too much garlic powder :) before making them to see if they fit into their daily plan. The book is a great asset to have and anybody trying to have a healthy lifestyle should find something motivating and interesting in it. I love the chapter on sauce and dressings since most sold at the store are lacking flavor and the ones in the book have turned out great so far! ... show more

I am so excited that I got this cookbook! I have been following Benji on Instagram and I love his videos. I appreciate how simple and easy his meals are and they taste good. My absolute FAVORITE feature of the cookbook is the fact that he put serving size and calorie and nutrition info for the recipes, that is something that can be overwhelming and time consuming figuring out the calories and serving size for meals. Especially when you are cooking for a family like me, it makes it even easier for me and I absolutely love that!!! I can't wait to try out all the recipes!! ... show more
