As someone who alway uses an air fryer this book is perfect. I ran out of ideas for dinner years ago. This books makes life a little easier. Has plenty of ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. I would use this book as a gift also.

    • So Many Recipes!
I bought this cookbook so I can figure out how to use my Ninja Foodi. The book has a lot of recipes to choose from! Many don’t sound like things I would eat, but I would be willing to try a few. A word of caution. There are errors in a few of the recipe instructions. One is the buttermilk chicken recipe. The instructions start off with the pre heat directions. Then it tells you to marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for 6 hours. I don’t think you should be doing that… ... show more

It wasn’t what I had hoped for. The Ninja Foodie Air Fryer/Toaster oven doesn’t come with a lot of info as far as suggested temps and times, this is filled with a lot of recipes, so if that’s all you are looking for it might be right for you. No pictures. All text.

I returned this cookbook because of specific problems: 1) if you read the reviews carefully, you will realize they have been written by individuals who speak English as a second language, so I have no idea who really wrote them. 2) The book is a bunch of Xerox copies glued into a cover with no pictures—neither black and white nor color. 3) The recipes are missing ingredients, or are incorrect, i.e. Page 72, “Beef and Mushroom Meatloaf.” The recipe states, “1 mushrooms, sliced.” Really, singular or plural mushrooms? Will one mushroom add anything to a pound of beef? 4) Within some recipes, the air fry instructions are buried in the middle of the recipe – they should be at the top. 5) “Appendix 3 Recipes Index” is a mess: from “A” to “C” is ok, but then the problems begin – after “Cheesy Kale” chip(s) the “E” starts with 27 recipes. Following is “F, G, H, I, J, K, L,” then back to “D,” which I don’t think is complete because it ends with “Dijon Pork Loin Roast.” There must be more “D” recipes after those starting with “Di.” After “D,” the index continues with seven more “E” recipes, then moves onto “N” and the rest of the alphabet. 6) Finally, if you are looking for Chocolate Chip Cookies in the index, don’t bother, because it’s not listed (see page 137.) Other recipes are missing from the index or are referred to by page numbers that don’t match those recipes listed under the chapter headings. ARE YOU CONFUSED YET? You will be more so if you purchase this book and try to follow it. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK FOR SPECIFIC AIR FRYER RECIPES ON LINE – IT’S EASIER AND THE RECIPES ARE ACCURATE. It is my opinion, based on researching many Amazon air fryer cookbooks sold on Amazon, that they are all similar to this one. Perhaps someday a well-written and well-illustrated Ninja air fryer cookbook will become available. ... show more

I like the style that this cookbook is written in: precise, accurate, and technical. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Tried a couple dishes and they turned out great!

Cheap newsprint paper, no color photos (black & white photos are pretty useless). Too many recipes per page. Small print. Doubtful the spine will hold up - or any pages with food stains. I'm only keeping it because it has some instructions for using the same Digital Air Fryer I received as a gift for Christmas. ... show more

There’s great recipes in this book and it even has a diet plan that I’m gonna try. I don’t have a ninja air fryer but the recipes work for any air fryer. Only thing I wish it had was more pictures but it is a good cook book.
