It is a basic office chair. It assembles fairly easy, although the arms were slightly out of alignment with the holes, and it took some muscle to get it all to work, but chair is working as it should. It does feel a bit wiggly, but nothing major. My biggest complaint is the fabric. Its simple and overall, not bad. I work from home and usually don't have on shoes. I prefer tucking my feet under me, but can only do so for a moment or two before the fabric of the chair begins digging into me. It becomes painful and reddened. I am a bit short for my desk, and the chair doesn't lift me up as high as I'd like, so tucking my feet is a solution to that. It is hard to do it. My next complaint would be the seat goes flat very soon. Again, basic office chair, you get what you pay for. I ordered a cushion and back support to hopefully take care of these issues. It serves its purpose, but if you are planning on using a chair for the majority of your day, spend a bit extra, and get one that you are comfortable in. ... show more

This is a great budget chair. My only complaint is that while the arms are able to move up and down, there is no way to secure them in place. You can lean them all the way back if you want them out of the way. This chair is pretty comfortable and adjusting it up and down is easy. I had bought this chair for work, I am a medical receptionist so I’m sitting all day everyday. I was looking for something long lasting while comfortable. I looked at a million chairs and by the reviews this was the best one to go with. I imagined the chair to be super comfortable and for the butt piece to be super supportive for long sitting periods. When I got it I realized that was not the case. It is a comfortable chair but I don’t think it’s meant for long periods of sitting. The butt piece has little to no cushion while the back piece is super supportive. The chair isn’t that big I am 5’1 and it’s a perfect chair for me while my boyfriend is 5’11 and this chair is way to small for him. Thought I would share my experience so it could help others out when selecting a desk chair. UPDATE!!!!! The seller reached out to me which I thought was nice because most sellers do not do that. I let them know how I purchased the chair expecting it to be super comfortable with thick padding but it was the total opposite. I since then purchased a cushion for the chair which I let them know but they were nice enough to offer a solution. They did take a while to get back to me but eventually reached back out which was super nice. The sellers have pretty good customer service and I like how they made sure I was satisfied. Back support is good but the padded seat is not so supportive and the material is uncomfortable if you’re wearing shorts. For the price I like it, I will just order a seat pad. Thank you. The seller was very helpful in making sure I was comfortable in my chair!

Great chairs, easy assembly but one of the arm rests are so loose it flops down sometimes landing hard on my glass desk when in the up position. The other chair doing have that issue
