  • Excellent cleaning performance, smart navigation and great industrial design! Excellent cleaning performance, smart navigation and great industrial design!
Size: Flow 2 without RDS
My old robot vacuum finally gave out, so I decided to upgrade from an $8xx model to this $1000+ one, and honestly, I’d say it was totally worth it. The mopping system is outstanding and handles dried stains much better than standard spinning mops. Navigation is very intelligent and avoids cables and obstacles without getting stuck. It’s also quieter than expected and the self-cleaning dock makes daily use almost effortless. A bit expensive, but performance definitely matches the premium price. Would recommend for anyone looking for a true hands-free cleaning experience. ... show more

  • A massive upgrade from our Roomba i7+ (Amazing with cats, hardwood, carpet!) A massive upgrade from our Roomba i7+ (Amazing with cats, hardwood, carpet!)
Size: Flow 2 without RDS
We recently upgraded to the Narwal Flow 2 from a Roomba i7+, and the difference is night and day. We have a mix of carpet, hardwood, and tile floors, plus two cats running around, so our floors are a constant battleground for pet hair. This machine handles it all flawlessly. It features different suction levels that allow you to crank up the power when needed, but on standard mode, it is incredibly quiet. It picks up everything without spitting debris across the hardwood, and it handles transitions to carpet easily. The mopping performance is where it completely blows our old setup out of the water. The roller-style mop is amazing because it is constantly self-cleaning while it runs, meaning it isn’t just dragging a filthy, saturated pad across the tile and wood. When it is done, the base station does an incredible job cleaning the machine. It washes the roller with hot water and uses UV light to sanitize everything, so the mop never gets sour or smelly. The navigation on this machine is equally impressive. It uses AI-guided cleaning to plan its routes, or you can fully customize the cycle yourself. Unlike our old vacuum, which would run into walls and furniture, the Flow 2 is incredibly polite. It doesn't run into anyone's feet, completely avoids the cats without startling them, and has not gotten stuck. We also haven't had any problems with long hair tangles on the roller. A huge bonus for us is the physical design. It easily slips right under the kick spaces under our kitchen counters, which was a concern I had before buying. To top it off, the battery life is fantastic, running for several hours before it needs to recharge. If there is one minor critique, the app interface might not be quite as slick as a few of the top competitors. However, Narwal is very proactive and frequently updates the machine with new firmware, so it keeps improving. Overall, if you have pets and a mix of hard floors and carpet, the Flow 2 is worth every penny. It’s quiet, smart, and saves us an unbelievable amount of time. Highly recommend! ... show more

  • Major flaws
Size: Flow 2 without RDS
After ordering 2 of these and returning both, I can say im very unimpressed. First let me say my house did already have a robot vacuum before this and im quite familiar with what they normally get caught on and what they can learn and bypass. Given my previous one was an entry level I was hoping for better obstacle avoidance and really good cleaning. However what I found is a couple big issues and one good thing. 1 it can't vacuum carpet well at all. It routinely overheats the wheel motors or thinks the wheels are jammed on regular medium height carpet. Also it kinda jumps the front up while vacuuming carpet when turning or first starting in a direction which im sure lifts the brush off the floor and therefore doesn't vacuum that area even though it shows it as vacuumed on the map. 2 obstacle avoidance is terrible. It gets somewhat better when you turn off the default setting of basically deep clean edges (can't remember exactly setting name) but still very underwhelming it didnt make it back to base station without my help probably 50% of the time. We're as my previous much cheaper one made needed help maybe 5% of the time. Also it routinely would try to climb on top of cardboard boxes nudge around shoes etc or go into areas it wouldn't fit. Or get into an area but then not find its way back out.... you made it in through some way.... why it couldn't find its way out is beyond me. Needless to say the navigation is awful!!! The one good thing The mopping is awesome. I really wanted to keep it just for this feature and if you have an open home with minimal items on the floor and lots of hard floors (no carpet) honestly you probably wouldn't ever need to mop swiffer etc. It cleans hard floors excellent the way this thing works on hard floors is definitely a generation ahead of most of the robot vacuums with spinning mop pads... the hot water roller combo does awesome on everything from muddy dog paw prints to minor liquid spills to general dirt to kitchen spill cleanup. Awesome mopping. Overall I would skip this one but im hopeful that the next generation one will be good. I was hoping this one fixed these issues from the narwal flow 1 but it seems they still haven't figured out navigation and the carpet cleaning is just unacceptable. They had to have tried this in testing and realized it but sold it anyways... not impressed with that. ... show more

  • Fast Mapping, Smart Navigation Fast Mapping, Smart Navigation
Size: Flow 2 without RDS
One thing that impressed me right away was how fast this robot created the map of my home. The initial mapping process was quick, and the layout it generated was very accurate. Rooms, furniture placement, and cleaning zones were recognized much better than I expected. My funniest experience happened during the very first cleaning run. I accidentally closed the bedroom door while it was cleaning, and the robot ended up trapping itself inside the room. 😂 It gave me a good laugh when I realized what happened. Since then, I’ve learned to keep all doors fully open during cleaning, and it hasn’t happened again. What really stands out is how smart the navigation system is. This is definitely not one of those “dumb” robot vacuums that constantly needs rescuing. We have a dining table with multiple chair legs and narrow spaces underneath, but it was able to clean around everything and find its way back out without getting stuck. I was also impressed by how well it handles small floor transitions and obstacles. When it encounters challenging spots, it usually finds a way to free itself instead of stopping and asking for help. That means I can confidently start a cleaning cycle and let it do its job without constantly checking on it. The AI features are another big plus. It doesn’t move around randomly—it cleans in a logical and organized pattern. When it encounters furniture, chair legs, or temporary obstacles, it usually adjusts its route intelligently instead of repeatedly bumping into the same area. The navigation feels natural and efficient, almost like it’s thinking through the best path to finish the job. The app experience has also been excellent. I can remotely start cleaning whenever it fits my schedule, and I love being able to choose specific rooms or zones instead of cleaning the entire house every time. No robot vacuum is perfect, and there is a small learning curve during the first few days. However, after using it, I can honestly say it feels much smarter than many robot vacuums I’ve seen before. Overall, the combination of fast mapping, accurate navigation, intelligent AI features, and reliable obstacle handling makes it a very enjoyable product to use. It saves time, requires very little supervision, and has made daily floor cleaning much easier for our family. ... show more

  • NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Size: Flow 2 without RDS
I upgraded from a Roborock S7 to the Narwal Flow 2. It's amazing! The dock washes the mop with hot water and dries it. There are two containers in the dock: one for clean water and one for dirty water. It also has a container for the recommended Narwal detergent. Watching this robot traverse the floors is something to see. Although it has bumper switches all around I notice that it does a lot less bumping to help guide it: instead, it sees obstacles and navigates around them. The mop is very effective: instead of pads you remove and clean, the mop is a continuous belt of soft material and the robot continually cleans the mop. The mop will extend out sideways to get into corners and along edges. Very clever! Periodically on a large area the robot will return to the dock for additional mop washing, then continue cleaning where it left off. We have a second floor, and the dock stays on the first floor. When I select the second floor map the dock will prepare the robot by washing and wetting the mop. The robot then exits the dock and asks me to take it to the second floor within 10 minutes. It will then clean the second floor, and ask to return if necessary. We were going to be out for the day last Thursday and I decided that would be an ideal time to have it vac and mop the entire first floor. I asked it to do that from the app as we left. We came back to a clean floor. I wouldn't have been able to do that with the Roborock S7 because I would have had to clean the mop pad manually every so often. With the Roborock, since it didn't have a smart dock like this one, I had to manually add water to the onboard tank and stop it every 10-15 minutes to clean the mopping pad. With Flow 2, everything is done automatically. I really like that. It will auto empty the dirt it vacuums and the dirty water. It even can heat and dry the dust bag. The clean water tank has a replaceable ionic cleaner. They thought of everything. One more thing to consider: the customer service is excellent. Roborock never answered a call - i was on hold once for over an hour and gave up. You can chat with customer service here and get answers to your questions right away. I would recommend this robot vac/mop to anyone looking for premium cleaning with the least amount of effort. ... show more

  • Narwal Flow 2 the robo-vac MVP!
Size: Flow 2 without RDS
I almost never write reviews, but I just had to share my experience with the Narwal Flow 2 Robot Vacuum. I purchased the Flow 2 on April 26, and I have honestly been blown away by how impressive this robot vacuum and mop system is. Right out of the box, the packaging was secure and premium-feeling, and setup was incredibly easy. Installing the accessories took only a few minutes, and the Narwal App is clean, simple, and very user-friendly. Once activated, the Flow 2 immediately began mapping my entire home intelligently and surprisingly fast. The combination of LiDAR and optical sensor technology is outstanding. It not only maps accurately, but it can also recognize objects using Google-based object identification — beds, furniture, toilets, and more — then automatically names rooms like “Bedroom” or “Bathroom” accordingly. That feature alone felt futuristic. After mapping is complete, users can fully customize everything: rename rooms, create no-go zones, set cleaning preferences, and even manage thresholds. And yes — the Flow 2 can climb over 2+ inch thresholds without hesitation. That alone solved a huge problem I’ve had with previous robot vacuums. One of my favorite features is the ability to choose between: - Vacuum only - Mop only - Vacuum and mop simultaneously - Vacuum first, then mop The “vacuum then mop” feature is absolutely genius for homes with both carpet and hard floors. I personally prefer having the carpets vacuumed first, then allowing the robot to return to the base station to heat fresh water and cleaning solution before mopping the hard floors. In my opinion, this dramatically reduces cross-contamination from carpet debris into the mop water. It’s a smart and thoughtful feature. The Flow 2 also includes something called Freo Mind AI Cleaning, which intelligently scans each room and automatically determines the best cleaning method. For anyone who doesn’t want to constantly adjust settings or get overwhelmed with customization, this feature is fantastic. It truly feels like a “set it and forget it” experience. I’ve owned and tested robot vacuums from Roomba, Eufy, and Roborock. The Eufy S1 Pro comes close, but it has far more moving parts and maintenance components. The Flow 2 feels far more thoughtfully designed, with fewer parts to manage and smarter component placement overall. Aesthetically, the Flow 2 also looks fantastic. Its compact footprint, glass-front design, and LED action lights make it feel modern and premium. The lighting even doubles as subtle mood lighting. What I Love: • Easy setup right out of the box • Fast and intelligent room mapping and naming • Outstanding mopping and vacuum performance • Excellent object recognition and remote video surveillance • Smart map customization and tailored cleaning combinations • Exceptional threshold climbing ability • Great battery runtime Improvements I Hope For: • Voice recognition currently defaults to Freo Mind AI cleaning with no option for tailored cleaning — I’d love an update allowing users to choose • Deep/thick carpet handling could still improve slightly with future software updates Overall, the Narwal Flow 2 Robot Vacuum is, in my opinion, one of the best robot vacuum and mop combinations available today — especially at its price point. Superior mopping, smart AI features, beautiful design, and genuinely thoughtful engineering. 10s across the board. This is the robo-vac you need. Get it! ... show more

  • From stone age to modern life
Size: Flow 2 without RDS
Coming from the Roomba line since the beginning, owning the latest ones (combo max and the J8+), I feel like I'm emerging from the stone age into modern life in one jump. First, the Narwal app is kinda bad. It took a lot of work to get my floorplan correctly set with the right rooms through a lot of merging and splitting. No average user would go through that trouble. But the rest of the app was more or less fine, minus the problems they have with obviously being primarily Chinese language speakers (the English phrasing is a little...weird, but completely understandable). In particular, I will focus on the mopping and self-cleaning and maintenance aspects: I can already tell within the first 2 weeks of having this unit that it will be easy to maintain. By comparison, the Roomba autowash docks are awful in design: Many places for water to hide and fester, "drying" takes hours with a weak fan and after 2 days of sitting there, things are STILL damp, no way to properly clean the areas that touch water, the water drain hole is tiny and clogs easily, causing more standing water issues....I could go on and on. The Flow 2 has a separate 2-level tray that the water sits in, which is completely removable for deep cleaning. It has a reasonably high-powered fan that blows heated air to dry things out. I found, while at first counter-intuitive, that it will NOT evacuate the dust bin first, but rather, makes sure EVERYTHING IS DRY before sucking out the dust bin (usually at the start of the NEXT job, not at the end of the current job). Genius, and prevents the gross clumping and risk of water entering the dry areas of the dust bag and robot bin. Result: After it said that everything was clean and dry, it actually was clean and dry. The mop roller was fresh and bone dry. The base station and water trays were all dry. The only remaining water was a little 2"x 2" reservoir where the water collects to be pumped out under the water tray, and that was almost dry too. With the roomba combo max, I just replaced mopping the floors every week with cleaning the wash station, and the floors were only....kind of clean (as clean as you can get by dragging a damp cloth across it). With the Flow 2, my hardwood floors (family of 5, no pets) are actually clean, and the self-cleaning base station is as advertised. I should not have to clean it often, and definitely not after every mopping. The roller mop is as clean as if I used my manual steam mop, and it indeed covers all corners and edges, completely up to the edge. "99%", as advertised. One small problem that is still outstanding--It refuses to travel under my sofas. There's plenty of clearance, but still, it will not go under an area of sofa. Your experience may differ here, and it's not a dealbreaker for me. I expect future updates to make this better. Good job Narwal! Now, please make the app better and improve the navigation to go under sofas! If you need translation help....please invest in it. It makes you look a lot more professional and polished. ... show more

  • Incredible AI-Powered Robot Vacuum & Mop – Worth Every Penny (Especially with the Deal!) Incredible AI-Powered Robot Vacuum & Mop – Worth Every Penny (Especially with the Deal!)
Size: Flow 2 without RDS
I snagged this Narwal Flow 2 with a massive $400 off coupon that expires tomorrow (April 29, 2026), and it has quickly become one of the best purchases I’ve made for my home. At its regular price it’s premium, but with that discount, it’s an absolute steal for the level of intelligence and performance it delivers. The standout feature compared to competitors like Roborock, Dreame, or Ecovacs is the built-in AI technology (NarMind with dual RGB cameras and VLM AI). This thing doesn’t just bump around randomly — it moves with real purpose and intelligence. It recognizes common household objects like shoes, cables, pet toys, and bowls in real time, snaps photos of obstacles, and logs them clearly in the Narwal app so you can review what it “saw.” The avoidance is pro-level; I’ve had almost zero stuck incidents. One of the most overlooked but brilliant features is how it dynamically adjusts its cleaning speed while vacuuming and mopping. It slows down for deeper scrubbing on tough spots and speeds up on open areas — this adaptive behavior makes the cleaning far more efficient and effective than fixed-speed robots I’ve tried before. The FlowWash mopping system is next-level. Instead of traditional spinning pads that just drag dirt around, it uses a rolling track mop that self-cleans in real time with hot water (up to 212°F in the base) and scrubs with solid pressure. It knows exactly when to return to the sleek base station to wash its mop pad, dump dirty water, and refill with fresh water before resuming — all hands-free. The dock also self-empties dust into a large bag (good for months) and hot-air dries everything. No more dealing with smelly mop pads! Battery life is outstanding with the 7,000mAh battery. It easily handles large homes, covering up to 4,800 square feet on a single full charge depending on settings. The 31,000Pa suction power is seriously strong — it pulls up pet hair, debris, and fine dust without tangling thanks to the dual tangle-free brush design. It even lifts the mop on carpets automatically and has great edge-cleaning reach. Setup was straightforward, the app is intuitive with good mapping and customization (including pet/baby modes), and the robot itself is relatively quiet. The whole system feels premium and well-thought-out, from the modern-looking dock to the smart light bar indicators. If you’re tired of mediocre robot vacuums that require constant babysitting, the Narwal Flow 2 is a game-changer. Highly recommend grabbing it while any deals are still active — the AI smarts and self-maintenance features make daily cleaning almost effortless. Five stars! ... show more
