Received this vac and immediately put it to use. Charged up fast. Lightweight and easily maneuverable. My home is mostly hard floors so it has replaced my old handheld Dustbuster. Its size makes it fit under tables and chairs easily. I can vacuum my entire home and more on one charge. Since it stands up on its own it is easy to store in a closet. The cordless removable battery is easy to charge separate from the vac. I haves used it on the one carpeted room and it seems to perform well although I do not think it is a good match for deep pile carpets. It does get most of the surface refreshed on my carpeted room. I have not had it long enough to attest to its durability but it seems well made for its intended residential use. I wish there were spare batteries included but seems no stick vac includes extra batteries.

I've read the various reviews of this product and mine will differ. I used to own a house cleaning service and had a variety of small vacs available to me at each site. So, when it came to my own purchasing, I felt that I could be a bit more experienced in the field of which machine to pick for my needs. The reasons I chose this particular cordless was I love the light first of all. Seeing the dirt up into the corners is extremely important to me as I hate leaving any dirt behind. I also wanted a lightweight machine as I personally am "getting on in age" so this one fit into that as well. Its design gives me options to use as a floor vacuum for my rugs as well as for the bare floors and is SO FLAT that I can lay it down and get under the couch as well as other low furniture and items I used to have to move all of the time before when cleaning. It also comes apart quite easily with a few good clips and snaps at its particular joints to turn transform itself into smaller vacuums such as the hand-held variety which truly comes in handy doing the higher cleaning. I'm overwhelmed at the sucking strength that it has. I currently am the mom to 2 cats, I'm a clean freak, and this vacuum does a great job every day for me even on their cat tree! Cleaning the dust cup is a breeze. Just a couple of snaps and it's done. The machine comes with extra tools an extra HEPA filter too. I honestly can't say enough great things about this little vacuum. I've had ZERO ISSUES with mine and I use it every day! I love it! I've spoken with this customer service. I didn't call to complain though. I called to THANK THEM FOR MY GREAT VACUUM!

Updated review- 5 stars all the way for this company just because of their customer service alone. I ha issues with the light and battery life, and they reached out to me via email to offer me solutions. I am so satisfied, and happy to continue using this vacuum, and even more impressed with their customer service. Once my current vacuum issues are fixed, the vacuum will be back to one of the best purchases!! As a pet parent, the light to make sure you get all the pet hair is so important, and the power on it is amazing as well. Shoutout this company, and buy this vacuum, you won't regret it! If you have any issues, I recommend reaching out to them first before leaving a negative review, they are truly willing to help. (Old review)- I truly loved this vacuum at first, but the battery life was so bad from the start. It only has 3 battery lights, and after the first battery light goes off it stops vacuuming- I feel like I should still be able to use the remaining two. My second issue was, as a pet parent, the light was so helpful for cleaning pet hair! It also stopped working after 3 months. :( I still love the vacuum and it does the job greatly, the light and the battery light were my biggest problems.

I’ve had this vacuum cleaner for a few months already and it has exceeded my expectations. We have cats in our house and we vacuum at least 4-5 times a week. Every time, the vacuum traps so much hair and dust! Powerful suction, not too noisy, light, easy to use and clean. My favorite part is that it’s cordless so it makes the cleaning easier. Their customer service is great too, as they respond very fast. I recommend this product and will keep using it until I need to get a new one… eventually.

I changed my 5 star review based off the customer service alone. After writing my review I was then sent the upgraded version which is perfect! It is possible that the one I received was damaged in the Amazon warehouse or along the route. I knew something was off because like I said I loved the very first one I purchased ! Thank you so much customer service for making it right. This is my second time purchasing this vacuum. THE FIRST TIME I LOVEDDDD it. I previously had a Dyson that didn’t last 6 months, I wasn’t willing to spend a crazy amount on another one so I bought this one. Battery life 10000000% I was able to vacuum my 1900 sq ft home and then some. The dust reservoir is LARGE I have dogs and there’s 5 girls in my home who lose crazy hair. Emptying was so easy, this vacuum sucked up EVERYTHING and I mean everything in its way. It was Easy to use- low and high setting. The attachments were great to vacuum the sofa or blinds even your car in a pinch so being cordless WIN! You can’t beat $80 bucks $800 Durability perfect compared to the Dyson. Just a great value for the awesome work it did. THIS TIME - this time I hate it. My old one died after a year and my husband said get a Shark. Again, refusing to spend so much I said heck no why would I this one worked perfect for the value. It’s almost like they went cheaper on the quality. It have to go over spots quite a few times to suction up dirt. (wash detergent sand). The compartment door somehow opens by itself and you don’t even know it’s not collecting the debris. AND if you lean just a tad forward the roller part lifts up you have to constantly pus it down with your foot. I did half my home and I was down to lights on the battery. Now I don’t know what’s worse, being I told you so from my husband or dealing with this vacuum. 🤦🏻♀️ I wish they didn’t change the quality.

Great product! Small enough to hide away! I love the swivel and how it gets into any corner! Very light easy to move around and carry. No cords beside charging and it holds a charge. I sweep while my husband sleeps and it doesn't wake him from the noise. Durability is strong!

In the beginning, it worked wonderful. I haven’t even had it a full year yet and now the battery won’t charge. I take fantastic care of my things. It’s never been dropped. It’s never been abused. I just moved out of the house into apartment. I’ve been in this apartment eight days now I use it till the battery kinda went dead. Went to plug it in and I won’t charge it all. I’ve tried so many different plugs and it just doesn’t work. I have not even had this thing a year about eight months maybe and it would be nice to have a battery replaced. It shouldn’t be dead and not charge and I shouldn’t have to buy another one when there should be nothing wrong with this one.
