Since I bought this gaming chair, I use it consistently and feel so comfortable while sitting in it. I work from home, I sit in this chair for more than half a day. Delivery was very fast and the chair arrived in perfect condition. The box was in good condition and all parts were included. It was VERY easy to assemble. it took me about 45 mins. The instructions are very straight-forward. It comes with all parts and tools. (including some extra assembly pieces) This chair is SO comfortable. Trust me, it feels so good. I especially like the recline and footrest. I love crossing my legs, and the footrest makes it much easier. Their customer service is fantastic. The response is so quick. Chair went together easy. Took about 45 minutes. Only hard part to figure out was the footrest. Chair is amazing. For those that had difficulty you have to take your time and start with screws loosened.

The assembly is pretty advanced. The back is a total mess and is crooked and I reassembled 3 times, the foot rest isn’t even functional it just flips around and doesn’t slide under like it’s supposed to.
