Haven't had it long, but I'm very happy with this printer. The printer was delivered from China by UPS in less than a week. Ink, film, and powder shipped from CA, delivery took longer than estimated, but that's typical for FedEx in my area. Got the software installed with no problems, and once the ink and film finally arrived finishing the setup was straightforward. I did not need assistance from the tech support team to get this set up and running, but have contacted them since with a few questions and happy with the response time. The included rip software is pretty basic, I may upgrade to something better later. I'm designing in Photoshop, then bringing the files into Riin to print, which has worked smoothly. This is my first DTF printer, but I've been doing sublimation, large format printing, screen printing for many years so transitioning to DTF has been pretty simple. The prints are beautiful and vibrant-still doing wash tests so longitivity is unknown but shirts are holding up well so far. ... show more

I have had this printer since May 2025 and it has been great to me. I have made lots and lots of prints for friends mostly for family. I have not had any issues with it like I did with my previous printer tha I had for less than 3 months and had problems after problems. When I do have questions or concerns I reach out to support by what’s app and they are quick to respond and get me back to printing quickly. The colors are vibrant and does not waste the ink quickly. I print quite a bit and I am very happy to say that I do not have to purchase ink. I do get free ink every two months but tha seems to be plenty and I still have some before I request my free supply. I have recommended this printer to 2 others. I had already purchased one and the other will be purchasing next month. I highly recommend this printer. The software is also really easy to understand. You don’t even have to be computer savvy to understand what you’re doing. ... show more

Color: White Set name: A3 F1080 DTF Printer+Oven+Laptop
This printers is very easy to use. It was a learning curve in the beginning because it’s my first dtf printer. But customer service walked me through exactly what to do. I pretty much got the hang of it now and anytime I need help customer service is always there. Would definitely buy this printer again. The only downside is that it’s a little slow but this may be a dtf printer feature. I’m not sure because this is my first one. ... show more
