Love this new printer it works way better than my other one and in a faster time. And on the plus side, the white ink circulates so I haven’t had any problems with my white ink.

Highly recommend, 5 star!
Color: White
Set name: A3 Plus DTF Printer
I have had this printer since May 2025 and it has been great to me. I have made lots and lots of prints for friends mostly for family. I have not had any issues with it like I did with my previous printer tha I had for less than 3 months and had problems after problems. When I do have questions or concerns I reach out to support by what’s app and they are quick to respond and get me back to printing quickly. The colors are vibrant and does not waste the ink quickly. I print quite a bit and I am very happy to say that I do not have to purchase ink. I do get free ink every two months but tha seems to be plenty and I still have some before I request my free supply. I have recommended this printer to 2 others. I had already purchased one and the other will be purchasing next month. I highly recommend this printer. The software is also really easy to understand. You don’t even have to be computer savvy to understand what you’re doing.

Great DTF printer. Great tech support.
Color: White
Set name: A3 Plus DTF Printer
First thing I was impressed with fast shipping. This printer was ordered on March 5th and arrived on the 10th. Very impressive considering it shipped from China. Once it arrived I had some questions regarding setup. Their tech support is top notch. Quick response and extremely helpful. Even with a 13 hour time difference, I was receiving assistance for about one hour 6AM CDT. This is not our first DTF printer, and I must say it is a great printer. Many functions such as head cleaning and nozzle check can be done right at the unit on the touch screen. By the way, it prints about twice as fast as printers with the 1390 printhead. The software that comes with the printer is seems to be very good. I have a lot to learn to become totally familiar with it. We have used Cadlink RIP software with our other printers, so there is a learning curve. This printer has a two year warranty (printhead 3 months) which is better than our other printers which only had a one year warranty. I highly recommend this printer. I want to give a big thank you to Jack at MZK for his help.
