I was very happy when I got this. There were only about 3 things that I wish could have been different about this product. 1) There was no battery in the remote and no description for which battery was needed. 2) You need an Allen wrench to raise and lower the handle each time (this may become a problem later on because I need to store it under my bed when I’m not using it) and 3) The description on amazon states that you can also connect the treadmill to the fitshow app. There is an app but it requires a code to register and there was no noticeable code in the book or on the treadmill.

Unbox it, follow a few very easy and quick steps, plug it in, turn on power button amd wallah- all done and ready to go!! 5 to 7 minutes to start using it. I will update after I've used it a couple months for endurance and functions.

Opened this morning to assemble for a gift. Plastic shards fell out of package, and discovered base has several cracks...have not tried plugging it in yet. Not sure what to do. Will be difficult to repackage for return. If it still works, I will update review. Maybe I can just tape up the broken part? I will note that the packaging isn't super padded (there is some foam, but it doesn't cover the entire machine). Very disappointed. It also arrived several days later than original date provided. Update: The broken part is actually the display, so I can't tape it. It's cracked in several spots, but I can still read it. It does work, and as others have noted, it was easy to assemble. It is annoying that you have to use the allen wrench to raise and lower the bar. The size is good (I'm 5'4").

DO NOT BUY AS AN UNDER-DESK TREADMILL. I bought this specifically because it was advertised as an "under desk" treadmill, so something you can put under a desk and get some light exercise while working from home or something like that. The problem comes after you put it under your desk and turn it on, when the feedback interferes with your computer so badly that it turns your USB devices on and off over and over again while it's running. Trying to type on a keyboard? Have fun trying to do that. Moving your mouse? No you're not. Opening a file that's on an external hard drive plugged into your PC? Think again, pal! You would think at some point in time while they were testing a product designed to be used under a desk, they would have, oh I don't know, put it under a desk?! This is a catastrophic design flaw, it makes the treadmill unusable. Please don't waste your money like I did. I went through extraordinary measures to try and accomodate the treadmill, moved my entire setup as far as the cables could reach and it's still doing it. This thing doesn't do the one thing it's supposed to do. ~$400 down the drain, completely wasted. And I already got rid of my old treadmill so now I'm stuck with this piece of garbage. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU WANT A TREADMILL THAT GOES UNDER YOUR DESK!!

This has been the best foldable treadmill that I had bought from Amazon so far. Several of other brand treadmills kept giving me E3 error codes after a couple of uses or when I first used them. The lowering and raising the adjustable handle does require an allen wrench that comes with it. It can easy be lost or you can buy some velcro and attach it to the arm. I trust the allen wrench that over the push button and turn knob ones. The remote watch requires a battery and it does not come with one. 2032 fits perfectly, but the manual and remote does not state the battery size.... The packing job that mine came with was great. They used wrapped plywood between the arm sides and treadmill, and styrofoam around the entire treadmill.

This was very easy to set up. Straight out of the box, I really only needed to use the hex wrench that came with it in order to release the bar, which I lifted to its standing position and then tightened it into place. I literally just plugged it in and was good to go. It would have been nice if it came with the battery needed for the wristband - but I had read previous reviews and knew to buy one separately. Also, it comes with a small bottle of oil for under the belt. Yeah, that is not going to reach to the middle like needed. I ordered a bottle that came with a long tube so I could oil all the way the to middle under the belt. My main use for this treadmill is walking. It is perfect for that. With the motor you can get up to a nice jog I would assume. It does not incline at all (not even manually) so keep that in mind. There is also a nice removable shelf to incline your phone or tablet on - I have an 12" iPad and It fits.

This treadmill is tiny! It is only good for walking and only if you are already a very small person. Also, after only walking on it twice for about 15 minutes, it started doing a jerk every 10 to 15 seconds which almost made me fall off the treadmill. I used the silicone lubricant to make sure that was not an issue.
