The media could not be loaded. Why did you pick this product vs others?: As a small business owner running a cottage bakery, I’m always looking for tools that save time and streamline my process. The Munbyn thermal printer is a fantastic addition! Pros: One of the first things I appreciated was how compact it is. It fits perfectly in my limited workspace, or on my counter space, without adding clutter. Setup was surprisingly quick, and the Munbyn app is super intuitive. Yes, even if you’re not tech savvy. I was able to start printing labels for my baked goods in just minutes, which was a huge plus during busy prep days. Cons: The only downside (and not enough to remove a star from my rating) encountered was the initial paper setup. It was a bit tricky the first few times. It took a little patience to get the hang of loading the labels properly. Once you figure it out, though, it becomes second nature. Overall, this printer has been an awesome investment for my business. It’s reliable, efficient, and makes my labeling process so much easier. Highly recommend for other small business owners!

This printer has been super dependable for me, and overall I like it. The only issue I ran into was with the cord — once the original C-cord stopped working, my laptop couldn’t detect the printer anymore. I tried everything with customer service (who were really helpful and patient), and even tested other cords I had at home, but nothing worked. In the end, they replaced my printer, which was nice of them. When the new one arrived, I tested it with the old printer and realized it was really just the cord that was the problem. I wish Munbyn sold replacement cords separately, because it seems like only their cord works with this printer. It would be nice to have a backup so my old printer doesn’t go to waste. Another thing — I bought the pink shipping thermal paper from Munbyn, but it won’t print shipping labels on it. It prints other things fine, just not shipping labels, which was a little disappointing since that’s what I wanted to use it for. That said, the print quality is good, and for the price, it’s still a solid label printer.

I love this little machine! So easy to use! I have struggled with label making for years with my candles. Smudging ink, wasting labels that won't line up properly... so frustrating!! This Munbyn label maker has been my best purchase in a while. I can create labels on chatgpt and print them out on the Munbyn. I willingly sacrifice labels with color for the ease of this printer. It takes no time at all to customize and print with Munbyn and Chatgpt. Prints fast too!! Love this product!!

The media could not be loaded. Ran about 50 labels, works perfect, 2 min set up, the a internal screw on gear or feed roller came out or broke, now it's a paperweight. I've messaged company for assistance but haven't heard back. Been theough online troubleshooting. they do reach out I'd be glad to give them 5 stars if they know a trick to fix or send a new unit. Im hoping it's just a production problem, mine is just a cracked egg out of a dozen

Ive tried multiple thermal printers and this is by far my favorite one, I think I might be in love. I’ve been so picky since I just want to label everything in my home, and this has been my perfect go-to. It’s so easy to connect to the app and so light you can basically carry it in your bag! The app itself is user friendly with a lot of designs that are great for any label. The quality of the ink is very precise unlike other printers that look gritty and you can change the heaviness of the ink contrast. Just try it and you’ll see, you won’t have to worry about returning it.
