The Munbyn thermal printer is a fantastic addition! Pros: One of the first things I appreciated was how compact it is. It fits perfectly in my limited workspace, or on my counter space, without adding clutter. Setup was surprisingly quick, and the Munbyn app is super intuitive. Yes, even if you’re not tech savvy. I was able to start printing labels for my baked goods in just minutes, which was a huge plus during busy prep days. Cons: The only downside (and not enough to remove a star from my rating) encountered was the initial paper setup. It was a bit tricky the first few times. It took a little patience to get the hang of loading the labels properly. Once you figure it out, though, it becomes second nature. Overall, this printer has been an awesome investment for my business. It’s reliable, efficient, and makes my labeling process so much easier. Highly recommend for other small business owners!

This printer has been super dependable for me, and overall I like it. The only issue I ran into was with the cord — once the original C-cord stopped working, my laptop couldn’t detect the printer anymore. I tried everything with customer service (who were really helpful and patient), and even tested other cords I had at home, but nothing worked. In the end, they replaced my printer, which was nice of them. When the new one arrived, I tested it with the old printer and realized it was really just the cord that was the problem. I wish Munbyn sold replacement cords separately, because it seems like only their cord works with this printer. It would be nice to have a backup so my old printer doesn’t go to waste. Another thing — I bought the pink shipping thermal paper from Munbyn, but it won’t print shipping labels on it. It prints other things fine, just not shipping labels, which was a little disappointing since that’s what I wanted to use it for. That said, the print quality is good, and for the price, it’s still a solid label printer.

The printer works best if you design your labels on Canva and then save the designs or upload them into the Munbyn app. I found that the quality of the printer does not work very effectively at printing my logo, and regardless of what settings I changed my logo always printed looking grainy and poor quality although it prints well using stickers and a traditional ink printer. It does print more quickly than a traditional ink printer was. The biggest reason I'm giving it one star is that as a Mac user, bluetooth connectivity to the printer is not supported. You must use a micro USB cable. I've had the printer for about 35 days and the cable connection no longer works, so I can no longer print from my computer at all. As most of the work is done on my computer rather than my phone, this pretty much renders the printer worthless for me and now it's outside the return period. I'm very disappointed.
