    • Far from trouble free
Most chain sets can benefit from a tensioner. These huge rubber bands can take some muscle to put on, best to keep them inside to soften befire you try to put them on. and the plastic clips let go and dont always hold. I've found one or the other of them beside my driveway. Once I found one hanging from a low tree branch. But I do think they help keep the chains in place, if if they don't stay in place. ... show more
