One replaceable handle locked in place, the other handle would not latch in place. The locking pin would not engage. Tried it on both sides, but failed to catch. Waiting for replacement unit. Hope it's better and works.

I'm very pleased with this griddle. It provides even cooking in all areas, and the nonstick surface worked perfectly. The size of the non-stick surface is perfect for my family’s needs. In terms of performance, the heating surface cooked even thouroughly. We enjoy using it to cook bacon, sausage, fish, eggs, pancakes, toasts. All in all, I found this electric griddle to be an excellent and useful product for everyday use. The griddle's simplicity and ease of use make it perfect for the whole family.

I have never had an issue with this brand they are always great. I recently purchased the griddle and it arrived damaged I contacted support and they got back to me asap. I gave them pictures and they confirmed they were going to send me a replacement. It was fast and easy and will definitely continue purchasing this brand of products as they all have been great.

This is worth the cost. So easy to clean and finally a griddle for the house I can blacken on. I love Mueller products I would recommend it to anyone that has a larger family or even that needs a simpler way but healthy way to cool like college students or anyone.

So far the grill works well. Cleanup is very easy, it's also light and easy to move around. The feet are a little fidgety to set up, but secure once they snap in place. This is very handy for pancakes, burgers, etc. You will have to keep an eye on the drip tray if cooking up more oily food.
