Is holding up well so far. It heats evenly, and the nonstick coating is good. I don't use metal utensils in it, so I can't say about durability under those circumstances. The glass lid is heavy and fits well. I have a gas cook-top. I'd buy another.

Coating start coming off after few months of light usage, contacted customer support but no reply. Not a good product to recommend. My All-Clad are much better made. Product defective, coating came off after 4 months, as according to the warranty policy the pan should be replaced but I have not receive any reply for 4 of my enquiry. There is something wrong here, no response what so ever, definitely not recommended. 100% replacement policy ensures free replacements for any issues caused by manufacturing or material defects.
