I've only had it for a couple of days but I put it through its paces using it to get on the Metro North commuter train into New York City and back again and it worked perfectly. it navigated the twists and turns of the ramps to get onto the train platforms, and had enough power to go uphill when necessary. it is very easy to fold and unfold. my only comments are that the seat comes off easily when it's folded up so it's easier to carry that separately. it's also not light but that's to be expected from a quality piece of metal with a good battery. overall I give it 4.5 Stars.

As fast as this goes, I could turn and dump it over. Even bad roads or grass is scary to ride on. Never would I use the fastest it will go. Besides this, it is cute. I hope the battery lasts thru the winter months. The seat is a killer but better than a 10 speed bike's seat. No replacement for the seat.

The media could not be loaded. Yes, you can take it with Airplane ✈ without any hassel..They should treat it as Wheelchair ♿ for Handicapped person or baby stroller..BUT MUST CARRY SPECIFICATIONS such as its folding dimensions 21.5×14.5×27" (37×55×69CM)and weights 63LBS OR 29KG and PARTICULARLY LITHIUM BATTERY WITH 10AH=111 WS(WATTS/HR) AND 10AH=0.3g Overall Excellent mobility scooter with long lasting battery..I love it..The seat is little bit uncomfortable but I replaced with wider seat..I love it..I ride it in Las Vegas Casino..Everyone is asking where I got it..i bought it through Majestic..They are very good people..very kind and taking care of everything..

IMPORTANT ! THIS Can't go in the cargo hold with your luggage on the plane due to the lithium ion battery and the battery Can't be disconnected for acceptable transport. Trust me I tried the lithium battery cant go so outside of the seat not being comfortable I like the scooter and ability to fold and transport but the main thing I bought it for was travel and it cant fly

I BOUGHT THE SCOOTER WITH THE SMALLER SEAT,I WASN'T HAPPY WITH THE SEAT. After reaching customer service they offered to send me the scooter with the larger seat no charge sent me a label for pickup of the scooter rides beautifully well worth the money excellent product . Thank You

I bought this S5(Ephesus,MS3000) with bigger seat ,optional bigger battery(36V 15.6 Ah), Optional rear basket March 2, 2012. The default of driving range up to 25 miles was not correct. The range up to 25 miles with optional battery. I prefer to the detachable battery from the unit in order carry to away for recharge if needed. The ground clearance is 3.75 inch. Manual or video is not perfect to understand the take bigger seat on & off the unit. Jesse sent me a video to understand the bigger seat on and off. The price is very good.

Needs pneumatic tires in the back, has them in the front but the back is a hardtail. You feel every bump in the back. However the is a neat compact machine, fun to drive.
