The cover itself feels very durable. The string and clasp feels cheaper. The coverage is excellent. (not like some that feels like it will just reach the perimeter) We just covered our pool today so I can't speak to longevity.

I really liked this pool cover as it didn't extend down over the sides as far as some. It fit nicely and I haven't had any issues with keeping it on. There are pegs to anchor it down with strings attached to the cover.

This was a terrible purchase from the start. We have an 18' round pool. The product image shows this cover fitting comfortably and snugly with room to spare around the edges. The cover does fit like this. It will barely cover the top of the pool alone, and if left floating on the top, which is not a solution because it takes on water and sinks. The anchors are cheaply made and stretch out rendering them useless. The loops on the edge of the pool are poorly made and break off. We were forced to come up with an alternate anchor solution using bungees and still had to leave a section of the pool exposed because of the inaccurate sizing. We fought this pool cover all summer. It was such a hassle there were times we said "we aren't going to use the pool today" because of the hassle we knew we'd face with the cover at the end of our fun.

I have yet to stretch it over the pool. So my hope is one it works as advertised. And two it can stand up to a Minnesota winter. The fabric looks tough enough, I'm interested to see if the snow will be a problem either in the winter, or after the melt. Haven't seen any vents in the fabric yet. The spring will be the ultimate test.

Definately worth the money, it stayed on the pool all winter, the tie down anchors didn't stay in the ground so we used milk jugs to secure it.

Got this cover to use during the day when pool is not in use to try and keep it cleaner and warmer. Haven’t had any issues yet. As far as using it for a pool that is up all year not sure it would last winter season. I however take my pool down in early fall.
