I purchased this exact case a couple weeks back on Amazon and returned it because it had the most horrible odor to it. Looked around in store, online, really wanted something made in the USA but couldn’t justify the price on what I was finding or couldn’t find one long enough or wide enough. I decided to order this case again and this time I don’t have a single complaint (NO ODOR) it fits my Mossberg 20 gauge shotgun with ammo holder just fine. The zippers seem pretty sturdy, material is solid, as you can see the pocket on the front holds an entire box of shotgun ammo, velcro is good and stays closed with the box of ammo inside. Decent padding on both sides of the case, zippers run smoothly, stitching appears to all be intact, I have no complaints. Something to note, I chose the 52” option, my shotgun is around 39” long, leaves a decent amount of room on each side as you can see, when you receive the package, the label on the outside for this particular length will say 49” but the case in total is actually 52” long. My main purpose for this is just to keep my shot gun covered well because the hard case I have for it will not fit in the area where I need this to go (hopefully that makes sense). Remember, Amazon allows returns and exchanges so if something’s wrong talk to them or make the request to return or replace the item. I would say 9.5 out of 10 times I’m happy with my purchases, and this is another satisfied customer with a great product! ... show more

This fit my rifle with scope perfectly. It’s a nice Material on the outside and the inside very soft. Seems pretty easy to carry with the back strap. I'm very happy with this case. I purchased it for something that will mostly just live in storage. I think it would hold up for trips to the field and range ok. This is a sturdy but light case. The zippers seem to be of good quality. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This case is working out well for its use. It's actually a bit larger inside than I needed, but that's not really a problem. It seems to be well-constructed enough that if it's not treated too roughly, it should serve for many years. I wouldn't use this case for any kind of extended stay in challenging, rough-country expeditions, or bumpy 4WD outings, but for padded protective transport of a scoped rifle to and from, perhaps, your regular shooting range in your vehicle's trunk or cargo area, it will serve adequately. It's likely better to house lighter sporter-type rifles in it than heavier, target-oriented rifles with large scopes on them. I'm happy with this case. ... show more
