I am blown away by the 28,000Pa suction on this Mova Z60 Ultra. It’s incredibly powerful yet surprisingly quiet. The extendable brushes are a total game-changer—they actually reach into corners and edges that my old vacuum always missed. I also love the Zero Tangling Duobrush; it handles pet hair perfectly without any clogs. It navigates over high thresholds easily and the carpet protection gives me peace of mind while mopping. The media could not be loaded. So, I've bought the MOVA Z60, and it's obvious that this robot vacuum is really good. Thanks to its strong suction, smart way of getting around, and how it takes care of itself, it really stands out. This robot vacuum sets the bar high. What's Great: Self Real-time Cleaning Roller: The roller cleans itself as it cleans my floors so there’s no cross contamination. Great Cleaning: The suction is strong at 28k pascals, and the brushes really do stop hair from tangling. Plus, the way it mops leaves floors clean. Smart Navigation: The laser that pulls back helps the robot get close to edges, and it can climb over stuff that other robots can't. Easy to Use: The base station does most of the work. It empties the dustbin, washes and dries the mop, puts more clean water in, and even empties the dirty water. The UV thing also helps keep things clean. The only thing it doesn't have is a water hookup to the station, so you have to fill and empty the water tanks yourself every so often. But honestly, that's not a big deal considering how automated the whole thing is. This robot feels like the newest thing in home cleaning.

For me to write a review, something has to work exceptional well or very poorly. I received my MOVA "Z60 Ultra Roller Complete" a couple days ago and I am extremely impressed. This is a marvelous piece of engineering. I have 2 large dogs that shed hair and drool all the time. The floor is engineered vinyl planking throughout. Very tiresome sliding a swifter around the house every couple of weeks and changing out the swifter pads about 10 - 15 times, and the house gets re-drooled in a couple days. I turned the MOVA loose to map the house and the app tries to name all the rooms. It did a great job very quickly, but I did not know I had 4 dining rooms. But the app makes it easy to re-name and re-partition the rooms. There is a small learning curve to use the app, but it does so much with many selections on what you need and how aggressively the MOVA will run. It also alerts your phone if one of the base station tanks needs to be emptied or filled. I also have a metal dog gate in the house to separate dogs at eating time. It has a 1 inch metal bar at the bottom that my previous robots could not get over, but the MOVA did climb over it several times but got stuck once, balancing itself on the bar. As for vacuuming, it works as good as any other robot, maybe better, and you can select the suction power level in the app. But this MOVA really shines for mopping (the first time I used one that could mop). After about 4 weeks of drool build up came the ultimate mopping test. After two mopping passes with the MOVA, the entire floor is nice and shiny now and lots of dirty water in the base tank. There is a nice feature that you can see the video feed of what the vacuum sees in the app via the on-board front camera (with lots of security and warnings of its activation so only you can view it), but mine did not work yet, reporting the signal is too weak. I'll test that again in the future. Is this MOVA worth the $1000 price tag? You have to decide that, but I say yes it is, for all the re-occurring work it saves me. Now, if it could only do my laundry. MOVA, are you listening?

After watching several reviews that spoke highly of Mova, I decided to invest. Obviously, it’s not a cheap option so I did research and felt confident this was a good option despite the price tag. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The product arrived and initial set up was easy. Even the mapping was efficient and simple. After that, things took a turn. The app takes a minute to learn and in my opinion could be more intuitive. However, I managed to set up a schedule, some shortcuts, and custom cleaning requirements by room. One feature that drew me to this model was the capability to use different mop pads to avoid cross-contamination. This is where marketing doesn’t meet functionality. From day 1, I received an error that the mop pads couldn’t be changed. The arm that performs this task would fail and get stuck while transferring pads. I contacted MOVA support and they requested pictures, video and serial numbers. I provided all and it took nearly 2 weeks for them to “investigate and escalate” only to tell me to reset to default settings and start over. No resolution, zero help, slow responses and a $1200 product that doesn’t work as advertised. They recommended if that didn’t work (and it didn’t) to attempt a return through Amazon. Attempting to box this back up and drop it off at a local carrier isn’t convenient to say the least. Unfortunately, seems to be my only option as MOVA has wiped their hands of it. If you’re considering this model and manufacturer I would move on. Maybe I got unlucky…but I expected much more for the money spent. If I could say one positive, the vacuum suction is good and helps with our never ending supply of dog hair. Genuinely wish I could say more good about it. Hope this helps someone make a better decision than I did.
