  • Real Life Review: MOVA Z60 Ultra
Color: Black
After spending time with the MOVA Z60 Ultra, I wanted to share an overall review based on how it actually performs in day-to-day life, along with how it compares to the MOVA V50 Ultra and the MOVA P10 Ultra Gen 2. On the vacuum side, it has been very strong and consistent. Between my dog Leia (Boxer/Border Collie mix) and everything else going on in the house, there is always hair and debris. The Z60 has kept up without me needing to step in, similar to the V50, and noticeably more consistent than what I experienced with the P10. Where the Z60 really separates itself is mopping. The roller-style mop makes a difference, especially in areas that see more dirt and traffic. It feels like it is picking up more rather than just maintaining. The V50 does a solid job here, but the Z60 has a slight edge when things get heavier. Navigation is another area where the Z60 stands out. It uses AI Smart Sight like the V50, but what I have noticed is how close it is willing to work around obstacles. It gets within inches of cords and objects while still avoiding them. The V50 tends to give a little more space, which is still very effective, but the Z60 feels more precise. Compared to the P10, which in my experience struggled more with cords, this is a noticeable upgrade. Another feature I have really liked is the auto-lifting LDS sensor. It allows the Z60 to get under lower furniture, which is something I did not realize I was missing until I saw it in action. Maintenance is also easier in a few areas. The filter and base plate design being fully removable makes cleaning quicker and less of a hassle compared to the V50 and P10, where part of that system stays built in. The app experience has been very similar across all three MOVA systems, which is a good thing. Features like accessory tracking and cleaning controls are consistent, so there is no learning curve, which was nice. If I had to sum it up, the Z60 feels like the most complete system of the three. It is not just strong in one area, it is consistently good across the board, with small advantages in mopping, navigation precision, and maintenance. The V50 sits right behind it as a strong all-around option and probably the best balance for most homes. The P10 is still a solid system for the price, but in real-world use, the Z60 and V50 both take a step forward in overall performance and ease of use. ... show more

  • GREAT Robot/ Highly recommend
Color: Black
This is a GREAT Vacuum/Mop Robot. I have had an Eufy X9 Pro for about 3 years now and I was starting to see signs it was time to replace it. The Black Friday deals were coming up, so I ordered the new Flagship for RoboRock. I was very excited and loved the smaller design. I do 90% of my mopping at night when the dogs are sleeping. The first night it ran, I got up and walked into the living room and was horrified as I had streaks all over my floors. I did contact support and tried different settings but my floors were trashed and found the support to be very lacking at RoboRock. So I sent it back and got the EcoVac's flagship model. The first week or so it was "ok". It would leave half moon circle streak marks when it went around any furniture. I again worked with support and their support was good. But we went from half moon streak marks to my entire house having streak marks (like cats claws) on all my tile. It was a nightmare. Nothing I tried worked. I was very upset as I did not want to return another high priced item. But I had no choice as my floors were totally wrecked by this machine. I was upset and tired of looking at videos, trying to pick another robot. I accidently found the Mova and just said screw it, I will take this one. I loved the fact that it came with a 3 year warranty, no need to buy insurance. Also they give you lots of extra parts so you so not have to purchase them yourself initially. GREAT idea. I love this machine. It does not leave one streak on my floors (and that is very important to me). I only have to fill the water tank up once a day (I mop daily on almost all my floors and I have over 2,000 sq feet of tile). The EcoVac I had to fill up twice a day. Most important it does a great job on the vacuuming and mopping. I have 5 dogs and live in the desert so I need to do my floors daily. The maintenance is great as well. I am a senior and needed one that had less maintenance then my Eufy X9. On the Eufy I had to ask my son to loosen the docking tray so I could clean it and what a mess!!! This one has an easily removable docking tray and I could remove it without any help (The Eufy had snaps that were very difficult for me to snap it off and on) and a breeze to clean. I would highly recommend this Robot. My floors look great again! ... show more

  • Musty Mildew Smell after 3-4 months of use with vigorous maintenance
Color: Black
I'll start off with why its a 1 star and why i won't recommend the Mova Z60. It smells terrible! - After 3-4 months of use, following all the maintenance (which is quite a bit actually) the roller mop stinks... I manually clean it every 2 weeks (or less) but it still stinks, musty mildew smell. I have replaced it with brand new roller, scrubbed every nook and cranny, including the onboard dirty water tank, the water ports in the roller bay and the entire docking station to no avail. I've maxed out the roller mop cleaning and drying times too, still stinks. Oh, and it also has a new trick, when it start mopping it leaves a puddle and a water trail initially, luckily i have tile and LVP flooring but still not good... I even lowered the water usage level to try and offset it.. IDK, i am out of ideas and patience. The floors and the whole house stinks like musty mildew when ever the Z60 runs. So now its only useful for vacuuming. I have owned, and tested many vacuum/mopping robots so this is not my first, and I've never had this issue, especially with the rotating pad/disk ones - I would certainly say Do Not Buy. I think Mova makes great product, i currently have a V50 vacuum/mop and a Diver A10 for the pool in service right now, i think the Z60 is just a failure unfortunately. This is what is good about theZ60: Purchased this in Dec '25 to offset the load on the Mova V50 i already own - Initially, the Z60 was amazing!! Setup and connectivity was flawless, mapping was great, it vacuums and mops fantastically and i was overly impressed by its performance, just what you expect from a $1000 robot.. But it does occasionally get caught up on area rugs like in the bathroom and kitchen but, to be fair, so does the V50 and other robots i have tested. I was able to somewhat mitigate the area rug issue by having it raise its chassis (which was one of the prime reasons i purchased the Z60, to do what the V50 didn't do well, but then is does not clean low pile rugs as good.. Nothing is perfect i guess but, between the the V50 and now the Z60, i figured i have all my vacuum and mopping needs covered. While the Z60 is a bit louder than the V50 it does have more suction power so its understandable and it does a great job on the high pile bathroom area rugs. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts the Musty Mildew smell i described at the top of this review makes the Mova Z60 not a good purchase, hopefully they will address it in a Z70 version... i hope. ... show more

  • Originally disappointing, but Mova support made it right
Color: Black
Update: I was contacted by Mova Support, and they were extremely helpful. They sent me a replacement unit, and the new one has been problem-free so far. While cleaning is still slower than I would like, all of the other issues I experienced have been resolved. I also want to give credit where it’s due. The support I received from Mova was excellent, which feels rare these days. It’s great to see a company stand behind its product and work to make things right. Original review: I was hoping the Mova Z60 Complete would be a clear upgrade from my aging Roborock S7, but it’s been a letdown. The biggest issue is navigation and cleaning performance. Despite having more cameras and sensors, the Z60’s pathing feels inefficient and inconsistent. It misses areas, takes odd routes, and doesn’t clean edges or corners as well as my 5+ year old S7, even with plenty of clearance. Battery life is also disappointing, but it seems tied to that poor navigation. The larger 6400 mAh battery doesn’t translate to better runtime because the vacuum spends too much time wandering or re-cleaning areas. It ends up needing to recharge more often and takes longer to finish jobs. The one standout feature is the mopping. The roller-style mop is genuinely effective and a noticeable improvement over traditional pads. Unfortunately, that’s offset by a finicky app and a dock solution dispenser that I couldn’t get working despite trying multiple settings and resets. Maintenance is also more involved than expected due to the added complexity. Overall, this doesn’t feel like a true upgrade. Outside of mopping, it falls behind in the areas that matter most like navigation, reliability, and ease of use. ... show more

  • Strong daily cleaner with excellent roller mopping performance
Color: White
I purchased the MOVA Z60 Ultra Roller SA from Amazon around Thanksgiving last year with my own money, and it has been running every day since then. After months of regular use, I am very happy with how well it supports daily cleaning. The roller mop design is the biggest highlight for me. It feels much more effective than basic pad-style mopping, especially for maintaining floors on a daily schedule. It handles dust, footprints, light messes, and normal household traffic very well. The vacuuming performance is also strong, and the robot does a good job navigating around furniture and cleaning consistently across different rooms. The app provides useful controls for scheduling, room-level cleaning, suction, water settings, and map management. Once the settings are tuned for your home, the cleaning experience becomes much more consistent and hands-off. One thing to keep in mind is that smart detection can sometimes be sensitive on patterned floors, dark veins, or high-contrast surfaces, so it may take a little adjustment depending on your home. After tuning the settings, it has worked very well for my setup. Overall, the Z60 Ultra Roller SA has been a reliable daily cleaner and a strong addition to my home. It still requires normal maintenance like checking the roller, tank, sensors, and filter, but for everyday vacuuming and mopping support, it has been very useful. ... show more

  • Innovative cleaning tech from MOVA, with uneven navigation and questionable post-sales support
Color: Black
I picked up the Z60 after spending some time with its smaller sibling, the Z50. They clearly share the same DNA, and I hoped the Z60 would meaningfully improve navigation. While it does show some refinement, it ultimately didn’t resolve the core issues I was trying to fix. If you haven’t used a premium robot vacuum in a while, the tech itself is impressive. Strong suction, obstacle avoidance, multi-sensor navigation, app control, notifications, and a self-cleaning dock all make this feel like a serious, high-end product. The standout feature is the roller mop. This feels like the future and a real step forward compared to traditional spinning or drag-style mops used on older models, including the Z50. Cleaning performance overall is solid, and the system does a good job avoiding obvious obstacles. Hair did tangle in the brush from my wife’s long hair, but the vacuum detected it and notified me. Removing the brush was quick and easy since it detaches cleanly from the bottom. I also appreciate the alerts for low water, self-cleaning cycles, and returning to the dock. Those quality-of-life notifications are genuinely useful. Mapping is competent but not perfect. It generally recognizes rooms, furniture, and layout reasonably well, but it still needs user input. I usually label rooms and hallways manually, which improves accuracy. It works, but it isn’t fully hands-off. Where the Z60 falls short is navigation. My home has short step transitions, roughly four inches high. The Z60 appears improved over the Z50 and most current-generation robot vacuums, but it still cannot pass these thresholds. I don’t fault the Z60 for that. I don’t think any current robot vacuum realistically can. The bigger issue is what happens afterward. Because it can’t traverse those steps, it treats my open-concept layout as separate zones. Living room, kitchen, and formal dining areas are technically connected, but the robot sees them as isolated. If I move the robot manually, it often becomes disoriented, spins in circles, and eventually tries to return to a dock it can’t reach. Moving the dock helps, but that’s not practical long term. Given all the cameras, lidar, and sensors, recovery behavior is disappointing. On pricing, I found a good deal on Amazon, and Mova’s direct site had an even better promotion. Unfortunately, my experience with Mova’s customer support was poor, which raises concerns about post-sale support. The Z60 has impressive cleaning tech, and the roller mop is a meaningful advancement. However, navigation and recovery behavior still lag behind the hardware. For homes with level changes or complex layouts, those issues may outweigh the benefits. Despite the strong tech, this one is a pass for me ... show more

  • 5 Stars – Outstanding Robot Vacuum & Mop!
Color: White
So far, so good! It arrived well packaged, and the quality was obvious right out of the box. The unit is extremely sturdy and feels like a premium, flagship product. I had a Shark robot vacuum for about five years, and while it served me well, the battery finally gave out. This new unit is a significant upgrade. I'm in my 70s, and once I learned how to use the app, it was very easy. My tip is to watch a few YouTube videos—they helped me understand all the features. The robot did an excellent job mapping my home. I was able to customize the map by marking obstacles and low-clearance areas I wanted it to avoid. I also like that you can choose the order in which it cleans each room. The app offers a lot of useful customization. I used both the vacuum and mop functions, and I was impressed with the results. The vacuum cleaned thoroughly, and the mopping was fantastic. My floors were clean with no puddles or streaks. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a high-quality robot vacuum and mop. ... show more

  • Very good cleaner
Color: Black
The products is very good. It give a very clean work. I would recommend my family to get one as well. The Mova Z60 Ultra Roller Complete is a powerhouse of a robot vacuum that has truly streamlined my home maintenance. With a staggering 28,000Pa suction power, it handles everything from fine dust to heavier debris with ease, leaving floors noticeably cleaner than previous models I’ve used. One of the most impressive features is the Zero Tangling Duobrush. If you have pets or long hair in the household, you know the struggle of constantly cutting hair out of the rollers; this design virtually eliminates that chore. The extendable roller and side brush are equally game-changing, reaching deep into corners and along baseboards where most circular robots fail. The obstacle crossing capability (up to 3.14 inches) means it transitions between hard floors and thick rugs without getting stuck or requiring a "rescue." Additionally, the AutoShield for carpet protection ensures that the mopping function never dampens the rugs, automatically lifting or adjusting as needed. Between the massive suction and the intelligent navigation, it’s a high-performance tool that actually delivers on the promise of "set it and forget it." For anyone looking to automate their cleaning with a reliable, heavy-duty machine, the Z60 Ultra is an excellent investment. ... show more
