So far, not overly impressed. Can't get transfer tray to work properly, it is often down when the robot is trying to dock or shuts the power off the dock at some point. Have yet to get it to mop anywhere. So far, the only suggestion has been to get the caster wheel to work. The robot will go down a step that it is apparently unable to get back up, leaving it stuck in a lower room. It is heavy, looks like it would be amazing and I hope we can get it working soon. Will update soon. BTW, you can't see the mops through the door as all the pictures show. ;) UPDATED INFO: Called Mova about performance and within a week I had a new one. That is less time than it took for Amazon to deliver the first one. Tina at Mova has been exceptional, some of the best customer service I have seen. Clear instructions helped to make different tasked for each day, working with us on ways to the fringe on a carpet and explaining how the step transition work. Unfortunately for me the step in about 1/8 inch too tall to get back up but the robot did begin mapping the room thanks to LIDR. This robot is ultra quiet so we can run it at night. It vacuum's only, vacuum and mop or just mops. Gets in the corners well. It is heavy, and does take up some floor space, but is quiet and does a great job cleaning. There is a great deal this robot does so it often must recharge before completing a series of tasks, but if you schedule at night or while gone, who cares.

I know that a lot of people leave bad reviews because the product died immediately after the 30-day warranty, and I always think that's an isolated incident and maybe that's what my complaint is. But...my FIRST vacuum stopped functioning after 35 days. I called Mova customer service and went through 3 weeks of poor communication, capturing videos to prove it was dead, and a ridiculously convoluted return process - and they finally sent me a replacement. Two days later, this vacuum died after they pushed a firmware update. I went through the ridiculous customer service process again and finally gave up. Lessons learned? 1. This vacuum is unreliable. 2. Their customer service failure is a dealbreaker. No matter how efficient a vacuum might be, there's no support if you need it. 3. That mop switching thing with six different mop heads is an over engineered nightmare.

I'm early in this product's use, but so far, the product is cleaning well. What's frustrating is the App and UI. It took me days of trial and error, searching on Reddit and using Chat GPT to help me get the cleaning methods, schedule and mapping correct. There is also a learning curve with regards to furniture, low clearance, and other obstacles to avoid.

I’ve been using this for a few days now and I’m really happy with it. Setup was easy and it mapped my place pretty quick. It picks up dust and hair really well and doesn’t get stuck like my old one did. The mopping is nice for just keeping the floors looking clean day to day. It’s also quieter than I expected which I like because I can run it anytime. The app is simple and scheduling it makes everything way easier. Overall I think it was a really good buy and definitely worth it. Saves me time and my floors look clean most of the time now.

I’ve been using the MOVA Mobius 60 for a while and it’s the first robot where I actually notice the floor looks cleaner without me hovering. The suction is very strong and it finally picks up that gritty dust my old one always left behind. The other amazing part is the dock: it can swap between different mop pads automatically (like a kitchen pad vs a gentler one), and that’s made mopping feel way less “smear a wet rag around.” Also the dock washes the pads with very hot water and dries them, so I’m not dealing with gross mop smell. Downsides: the dock is huge, and you still have to do the basic “pick up cables” thing. But overall, I run it and forget it exists… which is exactly what I wanted.

The mobius 60 robot vacuum is a real game changer in my home as it can adjust to multiple floor types via an automatic mop changing system. This robot has really put me at ease with its great app capabilities, such as scheduling, cleanups altering maps, as well as being able to control everything while I’m away from the house as well. This robot was very easy to set up. Had a very comprehensive instruction manual as well as a responsive support team to assist with any questions. Overall, I think this robot is great for its price point, and it has been a great helper around the house.

The robot can not dock at all when I comes back after completing a run. It always hits the docking unit and keeps driving backwards once it's in the docking make terrible sounds. I replaced the unit already from the manufacturer and this new unit does the exact thing.

Came earlier than expected. Easy to set up. Seems to work ok. Only time will tell. I have a lot of tile flooring and it has to return to base to charge. Wish the battery lasted longer. It’s pretty quiet. The mapping is a little difficult to figure out. Pretty pricy but I was able to get a good deal with cyber Monday.
