    • Have to remove case, otherwise perfect.
I have a pixel 9 pro, which is _just_ within the max dimensions listed for this device. Not a huge phone but a big phone. With the case, this doesn't quite fit. It seems to hold, and did hold on a few rides, even on rough roads... Then, one day, it fell out while driving. Luckily I caught it. The two parts that extend out don't handle the _depth_ of the phone with case correctly. The bottom lip doesn't project out far enough, and the tab at the end of the side arm doesn't reach far forward enough. My case is not a thick case, just a minimal basic case. What I have noticed is that without the case, it fits perfectly and feels extremely secure. The wireless charging works, with or without the case. The installation works well, though BMW's GPS mount is a bit confusing at first. Nothing is unappealing about its appearance. It doesn't give you wonder wheel connection of course, and is expensive for what it is, but still far cheaper than BMW's option. I'm happy with it. Take the money you save and get a cardo and get used to using voice commands anyways and the wonder wheel connection really won't matter. For a future iteration, they should design it to be compatible with a "deeper" device. ... show more

    • Easy install to the BMW GSA, But doesn't easily charge wirelessly
The unit attaches to my 2024 BMW GS Adventure without issue. Snaps into the preinstalled GPS mount on the GSA. But, with any sort of case on the iPhone, it simply doesn't wirelessly charge. I've tried several cases, some of which are super thin. All of them work in my car(s). I thought the unit couldn't wirelessly charge and was defective till I tried it without the protective case on the iPhone. USB charges fine. But paid 3x more for this unit since it has the wireless charger. May send back, still deciding. ... show more

This motorcycle phone mount fits perfectly on my 2016 BMW R1200GS. It was super easy to install, basically just like any other GPS system that is mounted in the same factory cradle. The mount itself feels very strong. The sides where the phone sits are rubberized, which ensures a proper grip even if you're riding over washboard-like roads with the accompanying vibrations. The "one-click" lock is not really one-click, you have to twist a little bit. This will not work with gloves, obviously. Other than that, I can't find anything to complain about. All in all a very good way to mount your phone to the bike. If only there were apps that would enable diagnostics. ... show more

    • Won't accomadate a phone case.
I have an ultra slim phone case and the cradle would not accomadate the phone with it on. I would not use my phone on the bike without any case, so this was a deal bracket. Also, I found the spring mechanism that holds the phone to be funky and did not give a sense of security (even with the tightening knob). There was no instructions or other documentation enclosed. I bought this to replace a similiar product so I have 3 years expereince with a cradle. I choose this one because of the wireless charging, advertised secure hold, and it was not the cheapest available. I thought being about 30% more than others, it would be better but I don't beleive that's the case. I'm returning it. ... show more
