On the fourth time I still had one side loose but was resigned that it was the best I could achieve. It never moved with a dry bag ratchet strapped to the bar on a 1100 mile trip from Naples FL to Pittsburgh PA. Have now driven it one month with nothing strapped to the bars. Easy to assemble and install. The cross bars are very strong with the weight limit as determined by the vehicle’s make/model user manual information. For our 2022 Chevy Suburban it is 220 lbs, which is higher than most other crossbars we looked at.

I got the rack today and it seems sturdy enough but it was missing one of the 8 bolts. I installed it regardless since I don’t need to mount anything to it anytime soon and I emailed the company asking to get the bolt sent to me. We’ll see if they do. The mounting seemed easy enough. I was able to do it myself without any trouble. The directions were easy to follow but a YouTube video would have been easier. ... show more

Nice product, easy to install. It is a must to clean out the threads in your vehicles roof rails before installing roof rack bolts otherwise you will strip the heads on the provided bolts.

IN addition while trying to figure how to assemble i found rubber liner to prevent scratching on left rear support is missing so pleasr send assembly instructions and a new rubber liner and a spare line as 1 other seems damaged
