The media could not be loaded. Very tedious installation. My man did it alone on a ladder which was very dangerous to me. When it was time to mount it on the ceiling I think he should've had help but he made it happen. Placing the crystals is the tedious part. Take down one out the package at a time and place on the crystal or they will tangle. I have 18 foot ceilings for reference. Once done it is absolutely gorgeous. You will be very happy. ... show more

    • Wow factor after install
I bought this because other review stated individually wrapped cables and that was a plus for my installer. The instructions really didn’t help him. It’s an all day job for the install. The Chandelier is amazing and takes up the space perfectly. The light option with the remote is a plus.

    • Be prepared for long installation
The supporting structure for the base plate is poorly designed. It is flimsy. It took our electrician and me six hours to install. Make sure to align the twelve bolts to the holes and tighten them in position before attempting to install. Manufacturers provided minimal instructions. One thoughtful feature was that each of the 98 crystal strands came inside individual bags to avoid tangling. After long installation, the chandelier does look good. ... show more
