The size of these PELLETS could choke a horse. I ordered a SMALL size and they send these monsters. One of the bags was torn open in transit and even with the WRONG SIZE and BROKEN BAG, Amazon Customer Service was a COMPLETE waste of time. I wanted to reach out to the manufacturer as Amazon rude Customer Service Representative suggested but didn't give me any way to do that. This MORTON PRODUCT IS USELESS and the bags were torn upon delivery and spilling everywhere. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! And a RUDE CSR on top of it. The product is fine.. BUT, Where's the 2nd bag?? Three people told me to dispose of the box of smokeless Tabacco I received and they would send 2nd bag... STILL WAITING!!!
