It was place in my post office box. Very heavy and difficult to get out of the P.O. Box . It should have been delivered to my house. I won’t be ordering anymore from Amazon. No consideration for me

The size of these PELLETS could choke a horse. I ordered a SMALL size and they send these monsters. One of the bags was torn open in transit and even with the WRONG SIZE and BROKEN BAG, Amazon Customer Service was a COMPLETE waste of time. I wanted to reach out to the manufacturer as Amazon rude Customer Service Representative suggested but didn't give me any way to do that. This MORTON PRODUCT IS USELESS and the bags were torn upon delivery and spilling everywhere. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! And a RUDE CSR on top of it. WORST PURCHASE ON AMAZON BY FAR!! ... show more
