I was skeptical, but since the wood saunas are not available where I live (Guam), decided to give it a try. It's not as good as the nice wooden saunas, but for the price, I was amazed. Very good value. The only drawback, it takes a while to heat up. Otherwise, works great! Highly recommend it! A little difficult to assemble, as I did it by myself, but with 2 people, piece of cake. Decent size, easily portable without disassembly. Now I just hope it's durable. Update: quality is so good, a friend asked me to get him one!

The media could not be loaded. I bought this sauna box specifically to help my mom improve her health, and it has been one of my best purchases lately. We’ve been using it together about three times a week, and the results are amazing. My mom keeps telling me how much better she’s been sleeping since we started using it. It’s super relaxing and the red light therapy is a huge plus. The setup was easy, and it’s plenty of room for both of us to sit comfortably. If you’re looking for a way to destress and help your loved ones feel better, this is definitely it!

We received our sauna and quickly realized we were missing a piece. Despite that I’m still giving the product a 5-Star ….. I don’t know how I survived until now without this in my life!!! We’ve had it for three weeks we do a morning session 15 minutes and an evening session same time. The set up was fast and easy the two of us put it together as soon as we got home from work and were in it within the hour! It can take anywhere from 10-15 minutes for it to warm up after that you go. It is worth every cent! I’ll return after a few months to update as to the impact of my electric bill but I can say I haven’t seen much impact yet as two weeks of use were included in my most recent bill. Everyone should have one you won’t be sorry!

I’ve been using this sauna mostly after workouts, and it’s been a great way to relax and wind down. It steams up pretty fast (less than 10 minutes). Once it gets going, the amount of steam feels satisfying and consistent throughout the session. My home was dry and this did help me feel comfortable after workout Assembly was easy - I did it myself within 15 minutes. It also folds away when not in use, which helps with storage.
