Fan was very easy to install and looks great. I did have one problem. The decorative nut that holds the glass globe to the fixture was missing the bottom finial. This was a minor cosmetic issue (it broke off in transit). I wrote to the company, and they sent a replacement nut out immediately.

The fan is beautiful and the company is wonderful to work with if you need anything. One of the glass panels on the shade was broken when I received it. They sent a replacement shade and were so great about communication during the process. The fan itself is very pretty. The media could not be loaded. My wife's office / nest was the last room in the house to get a ceiling fan. And, even though she strongly dislikes the Tiffany leaded glass shades on any other kind of lamp, she opted for that type for the new ceiling fan in that space. This 36" fan from Moooni is a very nice, well designed and built fan. The first thing I noticed (and really appreciate) is that the controller module is built into the fan. It's not a separate component that has to be stuffed into the hanger bracket and wired up, like many others. So, you only have to connect the house wiring to the fan. That's all. that saves a lot of time and struggle. The 'disappearing blades' fan is well done. No wobble to correct. (They included a balancing kit. But, it wasn't necessary.) It works very well, providing a nice breeze even at the lowest speed. It's also very quiet. You can't hear it running at all, at low speed. At high speed, all you hear is the gentle whoosh of the moving air. No motor noise, period. The LED assembly is excellent. With three options for type and many for brightness, you get exactly the kind of light you want. The remote control is intuitively laid out and has every function you could possibly want in this fixture. It even has a 'breeze' function. This is where the fan randomly increases and decreases speed, mimicking what a natural breeze would do. This is a fairly recent innovation with ceiling fans that I really like. Especially at night. I love a gentle breeze while I'm sleeping. It's a natural sedative. Nothing like having the windows open and a nice breeze in the spring or fall. If you're fortunate enough to live in the country, where you can hear all the natural sounds of the night, along with this fan, it's as close to heaven as you will ever get on this earth. This fan randomly turns itself ON, which you might not think is a problem, however; we ordered this for our bedroom. We were super excited about this type of retractable ceiling fan and immediately hired an electrician to install it. Now it randomly turns on in the MIDDLE of the night, which is exceptionally frustrating. The only way to ensure it will not turn on is to turn the switch OFF at the wall, but then it can’t function as a fan during the nighttime when we would need it most in our bedroom. 🤗 Thank you so much for taking the time to read this review, have a FANTASTIC day!!😊 1★ because zero★ isn’t an option ... show more
