It's a great looking grill. The smart part is ok not great. The timer on mine doesnn't work. The lights turn on my a switch not when you open the valves. The glass see thru is awesome. For the money it is a great grill.

This propane grill is amazing i have zero complaints about it. It was a very reasonable price and i receieved it very fast after ordering. The boxes where in great shape and so i assembled it. Directions where very detailed and it was very easy to put togeather by yourself (took me approx 1 hr alone). The metal and quality of this grill is amazing. Once its all assembled its very sturdy and the caster wheels roll effortlessly on my driveway. The built in meat thermometer technology is so cool and innvenative so you could easy cook some food low ans slow for sure. This grill has many great features and qualitys and i 100% recomend it to anyone. And as i reviewer i also contact customer service to add its quality to my review and this company didnt dissapoint i give there service a top notch A+ for sure kind and informative without a doubt.

I was excited to finally get another grill, my con-broil was garbage. I spent a lot more money for that and it was honestly junk. They didn’t stand behind it when the stainless fell off? It was a commercial series and high end it should’ve help up. A little more than triple the cost of my monument. So far it’s working well, I had 2 small problems. 1 when I got it, it said free rotisserie I didn’t get it. They did send me a free cover for the confusion. 2 it had a dent in the lid. They sent me a new lid within days! I’ve used it 7 times already and it even cooks better than my con-broil ever did! Yes the metal is a little cheaper, it’s not nearly as heavy. But it wasn’t on fire, and it didn’t fall apart! So I’m already ahead of the game for a much lower price. I did order some stainless grates, I think they should be standard equipment. I’d even pay a little more for that option. But all in all, no complaints! CS was a pleasure to deal with and quick!

The media could not be loaded. For a gas grill, heat distribution was pretty consistent didn’t have any wild hot spots that you see on other gas grills. Assembly was easy took about 35 minutes. Impressed with the WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities linked up on the first try. The cast iron grates worked great for searing steak! Overall, a good gas grill!

I purchased this grill for a party on 8/19/23. When I began putting it together on 8/10/23, I realized the Grill Body is DAMAGED in 3 separate places. I dedicated a full day to the assembly only to have to have to stop halfway. I am sending photos of each. 1) CRACK in right side rear of black metal cover. 2) DENT in left rear black metal body. 3) DENT & RUST in right front inner black metal body. I don't know if you should me a new grill as I don't know if I'll have time to assemble it. It is absurd to have to pay $700 for a broken grill. PLEASE RESPOND IMMEDIATELY!
