TLDR: this vacuum is lightweight, versatile, and exceeded my expectations. throw your old vacuum in the garbage!!!! buy it or you’ll be sorry you didnt! i absolutely LOVE this vacuum. i’m preparing for my first move so i’ve been buying home essentials so i’m not strapped when i get my apartment. i usually sort my amazon searches by “average customer review” and this popped up as the top rated vacuum with over 1k reviews. growing up, my whole apartment had carpet, so we always had namebrand vacuums (think kenmore, miele, etc). but they were huge, bulky, and honestly didnt work that well. so i decided to take a gamble on this, even though it was an unknown brand. i also didnt have high hopes because it looked so small and skinny. but man, once i turned the vacuum on it was over. i’ve been vacuuming every single day since i bought it because of how easy it is to use and how efficient it is at cleaning. it has a built in light to highlight all the trash, which is genius. all parts are detachable, including the battery, which ensures that itll be cordless! the hepa filter is washable and the dirt chamber is detachable, so cleanup is a breeze. i’ve genuinely never seen a vacuum like this. it comes with tons of attachments, which guarantees that you can use this vacuum in a variety of ways. i havent used the attachments yet but they seem durable. it stands by itself and also has a wall hanging attachment that i will install when i move. it has 2 modes for tile and carpet, which i LOVE!! the head rotates which makes it easy to maneuver. the noise level is maybe a 3-4/10, but it really doesnt bother me. it also gets a little louder as its about to turn off, but its for a few seconds so whatever. i’m glad i found this before my mom or grandma forced me to get a namebrand vacuum that doesn’t even come close to this one. the customer service team is also so nice, and you get a 2 year warranty. i’d give it TEN stars if i could!!!!

This thing is a piece of junk. I charged it and it will not start at all. I checked and rechecked that I had everything put together correctly. It looks like a nice vacuum, and I like that it is so lightweight. But what good does it do if it doesn't even run? And I can't even contact customer service as I don't have a smartphone and can't read the QR code. They should include a phone number or email where they can be reached. The manual is no help.

I was looking for a small lightweight cordless vacuum and asked my daughter if she had one. She sends me a screenshot of this model and mentioned how well she liked it. I'd say the noise level is medium to low. There are 2 speeds, one for bare floors and one for carpet. I don't remember how long it took initially to charge completely. It came with a partial charge. I like the large digital display letting me know how much battery power is left. The green light helps light up the dust and dirt on the floor. I didn't see anything in one area until the green light was on it and there was a lot. It quickly cleaned it up. It's very lightweight and I love the telescopic extension tube. I'm short so I don't need it extended all the way most of the time. But getting under the dining room table or sofa the extra length comes in handy. It's really good for vacuuming the air purifier filters. Make sure to wash both filters when your finished. It comes with a 2nd HEPA filter which is a real plus. The other filter could be washed and dried but the instructions say to leave it drying for 24 hrs. It would be nice to have a 2nd one of those also. The air purifier filter can fill up the filters and it would be nice to pop those out and pop the other set in and continue to go. The air purifer filter dust is the only thing I've found that will fill up the filters quickly. Other than that I have vacuumed my dining room, bathrooms, and living room three times and I still don't need to recharge or wash the filters just dump the dust bin. Another feature I like is the wall mount doesn't have to be near an electrical outlet. You can just easily remove the battery, charge it, and reinstall it. Its quick and easy.

So honest review here. I have a cordless Dyson stick vac at home and I bought this cordless stick vac for my Toyhauler RV. I charged it overnight and then vacuumed my entire house. I have 2 dogs so it gets very dirty quickly. The vacuum did pick up the dog hair on the hard wood floors, but I don't think it worked as well on my plush living room rug. It did vacuum my entire 1200 SF house on one charge and the light everyone talks about really does work. Almost to well. I saw everything. I did go back over my living room rug with my Dyson afterwards. There was still a lot of dirt in the rug. However for my RV this is perfect and lets be honest. This is 1/8 the cost of a Dyson. I think it is worth the money. Just don't expect a Dyson cleaning.

I recently purchased this vacuum not only because of the price, but aswell for the claim of being good for pet hair. and needless to say it exceeded my expectations. in my personal opinion it’s extremely light, by far more quiet then most vacuums, and very easy to maneuver. after just a few swipes, it picked up all the cat hair, and dust from the carpet. it doesn’t take much to pick up anything from the carpet let alone the tile its very quick to pick up any stuff in the carpet or tile. to clean out the collector, all i do is click a button and it opens right up to easily remove all the continents it picked up. its very compact aswell which makes everything much easier. i am by far more then impressed by this product and would definitely buy it all over again

This vacuum was amazing at first. It was great on hard floors and the light showed all the small dust it picked up, though it was never good on rugs or carpet. After a few months the battery life very quickly declined. At 6 months it barely lasts 20-30 minutes on the normal setting when fully charged. Would not recommend.

I’ve used this vacuum for a few weeks in a studio apartment, and it’s become my go-to for quick clean-ups. It’s light and easy to steer around furniture, and the LED headlight makes it much easier to see dust along baseboards, dust that youu would typically miss. It's suction handles crumbs and hair well on tile and low-pile rugs. With high-pile carpet it is less ideal because the suction is so strong it would move the rug sometimes, but that seems more like an issue with my rugs, and actually proves just how strong this vaccum really is. Battery life is good for short jobs (about 30-40 minutes for the floor mode, and 20 for carpet mode), but you may want a backup charge for whole-house vacuuming. The dust bin is easy to empty, and attachments click on/off without fuss. For the price, though, it’s a solid purchase for quick, everyday cleaning.

Very poor quality, I’ve had this vacuum since the end of August, the wheels on the vacuum will fall off. I reached out to customer service due to the warranty. They replied and asked for a video, which I sent. No response since and I have sent multiple follow ups. I think you can get a more reliable vacuum for the price or cheaper and have a team that at least acknowledges when you send them proof of a faulty product. Won’t be purchasing this again because nearly $200 for 6 months of use is not worth it. I still would appreciate a response from customer service acknowledging my multiple emails over the last month and implementing the warranty. It’s so frustrating
