After reading all of the reviews and issues, I came up with a game plan to solve them. First, while putting it together, I used wood glue when attaching each piece. This really made it sturdy. Second, the lower pan was separated like some had experienced so I took it apart, straightened up the pan and re-stapled it with a ton more staples which made it perfect. Lastly, I sealed both pans with silicone in the edges. I then taped off all 4 sides, and sprayed them with Rustoleum truck bed liner. It certainly took a bit longer, and cost me an extra 25-30$ but it’ll certainly last a long time now and won’t leak. I give it 4 stars because they could have just made the pans/drawers out of plastic and saved me some time and money. ... show more

This has got to be the biggest waste of $150 I've ever spent! First of all, the instructions are horrible. There was not a single straight piece of wood on this thing, warped beyond belief, doors don't line up, gaps everywhere. Ended screwing down the bottom "removable" tray to help square it up. The roof is made of super thin plywood with some weird rubber shingle type material and came cracked down the middle. Just a bad experience from start to finish. The latches dont line up well at all due the gaps in the frame and are not close to decent quality. The only positive was the ample amount of extra screws, you need them to help solidify the structure so it is usable. Absolutely way too expensive for atrocious quality of this thing. I would've been better off spending the amount of this to build one myself. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was apprehensive about buying this because of some of the reviews, but fortunately mine arrived well packed, and perfectly together. You do need someone to help you put it together though, and I will say that my rabbit is used to having the climb upstairs was a little confused about the Rams and still is even though he has rams and his other one, but hopefully he’ll learn to get over that. I wish there were more places like maybe if they included hooks or something that could go in the woods so I could hang more two things from it for his entertainment ... show more

We put this together and there were several design flaws. My rabbit did not like the hutch. One of the ramps broke during assembly. The wood is flimsy! Not worth the price.

This worked great for our in house bunny, she loved the different levels and we loved the pull out trays that made for easier cleaning, it was a pain to put together but eventually I figured it out .

I bought for my grandchildren for Christmas as their parents were getting them bunnies. It is made of cheap, crappy product and barely lasted a month. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! If I could give zero stars, I would.
