It’s odd we can’t contact the seller to get just one part replaced on this product but we have to ship the whole thing back which I already threw away the box because it got rained on and the cage is already fully put together. I do not believe this would hold up long if outside. The wood is very “cheap” feeling and very very thin. The issue with my product is the bottom aluminum of the bottom tray is falling out and the side panel is not flush against the other panel which I’m sure I can tweak and get it flush but the bottom tray is an issue because my ferret can escape or get trapped between the wood frame and aluminum which is a huge issue and health hazard for my little guy. I gave three stars because I feel it is unsafe for our small pets. ... show more

The bunny loves his new home but it took me forever to put together because it didn't come with instructions. Other then that it's very nice.
