We read the reviews after this purchase. Decided to stick with it because it was the only Moen that had an adjustable height. It is a sleek design and all aspects of the shower are great. The main drawback we think Moen needs to fix for its customers - due to the price we paid - is to provide a non-mist shower head option. We also have a mist option on another shower hose and the droplets come out too cold in winter months. We ask that Moen please provide the option to switch shower heads for different seasons and then it would get a 5 out of 5. All other options are great. ... show more

Ok so I hate to be negative -but, I paid a hefty amount for this shower "spa". First off, the good: it looks awesome, it is highly adjustable to suit shorties like me and tallies like my husband. The hand held also looks great. The draw back - NOT a lot of water pressure at all. The shower handle cannot be on without the shower head and is locked into a spot on the wall - while it is removable (of course) you can not adjust where it will stay when not in use so, choose wisely where you want it. While these are not the end of the world, for this price I thought I would have plenty of options. ... show more

Super easy installation given how complicated this is compared to a regular showerhead. We'll see how long that double sided tape holds up. (It's only been a couple weeks so far). The thing is plastic and feels a little cheap. It's a bit hard to imagine that it's going to last a good long time - which one would expect given the high price. The shower experience is excellent. It really does surround you in a way a regular shower head can't. I planned to eventually install a steam shower, but was resistant to the high cost and labor involved. With this shower head, I think I no longer need a steam shower. I was concerned that the low water usage would mean it wasn't adequate to, say, rinse all the soap off your body or the shampoo out of your hair. But it does just fine. FYI, we have pretty high water pressure and rather hot water. I think both these factors are helpful for getting the most out of this shower head. ... show more

The idea is great and it does save lots of water but unfortunately the experience is not enjoyable at all... in order to create a hot myst around you, you will need to raise the temperature pretty high and then you start burning your scalp because the water comes out super hot and becomes cold by the time it reaches your shoulders. The water pipe in the wall is a bit higher than the one you see in the video so even if I slide the shower head to the bottom it still wets my hair and there is no way to turn the main showerhead off and use the handheld shower head alone. So again, not convenient. I would say certainly not worth the switch. ... show more

Normally, I could have installed this shower on my own. The instructions are great as is the available YouTube video. Unfortunately, the last plumber over tightened the old shower nozzle, and I had to call in another plumber to remove it. Oh well. The shower itself is outstanding. The atomized spray is marvelous--it gets the job done. The hand nozzle rotates 360 degrees, unlike other models, so you never have to untwist the hand unit to unkink the cable. The fact that it significantly reduces water consumption is an added benefit. Can't recommend this unit enough. ... show more

We had been wanting to try this Shower head and attachment, but the mixed reviews had us doubting it. Many consumers complained about the water pressure. I will assume it is different in every home. For us this unit is awesome and the water pressure, volume, and temperature are perfect. Installation was pretty simple and only too about 30 minutes. You will have to wait 24 hrs to use the shower, but other than that we are very satisfied and excited that we do not have to return it as we anticipated. Definitely would recommend. ... show more

Adhesive is not strong enough to last past two weeks. I was not drilling into my new te wall to make it stay in place. Note: no one should drill into their tile unless it is for life of shower or tub. This is not made to outlast your tub/shower. Hense: you are stuck with holes in your tile.

This shower has a terrible design. I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. The spray is uncomfortable and cold, even though the hand shower is scalding me. The height adjustment is good, but the water sprays cold and so far, that you can't adjust it away from your face. The hand held has a nice, comfortable spray, but you cannot select only that option.
